Lone Star Property Management, LLC Reviews

I purchased a home in Ashton Ranch, Surprise Arizona a few years ago. As a condition of purchasing the home and being apart of the HOA I was given written permission to park a small trailer behind the RV gate on the property the original home builder Beazer built into the home. Shorty after I move in Im told a good number of houses were in a lawsuit for structeral defects. then several months later I find out many of the homes in Ashton Ranch are abandoned after the home owners win the lawsuit.

Many of the homes were empty, littered with trash, had dead trees, and tall weeds on the lawns. Mt first hint of what was to happen. I get an HOA letter saying my trash can is visible, and find out its acualy the can from the abandond house next door and the other neighbors kids were playing and dumped it in the street. I send a letter to the HOA, no reply, not removed from my account. A few more months go by and the empy homes are sold at auction for 1/3 of the neighborhood value..

Then in come the rentals, and pure hell. Neighbors across the street, section 8 housing, selling drugs to the kids walking home from the elementry school. Complaints to HOA do nothing, then the low rider parked in the lawn with three guys sitting on the trunk with the booming music all day and all night, HOA complaints do nothing. One day I walk outside to find the HOA manager taking pictures of my house, I ask why and am told they need pictures showing Im acualy living in the house. I complain there is no reason for that. He takes a picture and leaves.

My cable goes out, turns out different neighbors vandalized the box to get free cable while parked on the sidewalk. Complain to HOA, nothing done. Everynight neighbors across the street park four cars wide across lawn and a few times in front of my driveway blocking me from being able to leave my house. Call HOA, told they cant stop the renters from violations as they are not the homeowners. Other house has broken roof tiles, broken light fixtures, and nightly backyard fires, Complain to HOA, again rental..

One afternoon I hear my neighbor screaming, I run outside, teenagers are on the fence throwing beer bottles at the house and threw the now broken rear window. I call 911, as the teenagers cross into my backyard and throw fireworks onto my vehicle cover and light it on fire. Same teens a few days later are parked in front of my house at night starting fires in there vehicle and throwing it onmy lawn.. 911 call again.. Report it to HOA and yup. Not there issue.

Then a few weeks later several HOA letters, time to pick on the home owner who complained. All violations against my home. Violations for one two inch tall weed on the back side of the house being visable, Trash can being visable from behind the gate, car parked on lawn?, RV parked on driveway? Old Newspapers on street in front of house and the list goes on. Im not responsable for the street, I dont own an RV, the can is behind the gate the builder Beazer built in the same spot its sat in since I bought the house. no cars on lawn.

I give up, time to take a loss and sell this house and get away from the HOA that can fine the home owner but cant do anything about all of the violations from all of the renter properties.
