I would give LogoIndigo.com ZERO stars if that was a choice! This company promises the world--expert design products completed quickly--BUT IT DOES NOT DELIVER!!! In fact, I was promised--AND PAID FOR--a logo with custom illustrations and unlimited revisions, only to be told later that they couldn't do what I wanted- it would be too much work (after they already had my money!). They said I'd have to pay MORE for this work to be completed.
It's a total scam!!! They promised me my custom logo in less than a week and after wasting 4 months I finally canceled my order. Now they're refusing to offer me a refund because they say "I've exhausted the number of revisions for this project". When I told them I paid for unlimited revisions I was met with silence. They won't even respond at this point, and I have NOTHING to show for all the time and money wasted. Do yourself a favor, if you want a custom logo created, STAY AWAY FROM LOGOINDIGO!!!
