I have paid $38.66 for a premium version of lastpass on 11/14/2001. I have requested support for a problem with their software and their response is that I am not qualified for support because I have a free version of lastpass. They are simply refusing support.

We became one of thousands of customers of LogMeIn who were charged increased rates with no notification. The rates increased from free to over $350.00 per year without any notification to us. LogMeIn charged our credit card automatically without our realization or permission. THEN our credit card information was stolen and the bank cancelled the card. Somehow, LogMeIn got our NEW credit card number, expiration date, and security code and was able to charge the automatic annual renewal to the NEW card. We never gave them the new card information, nor authorized LogMeIn to charge against it. TERRIBLE BUSINES PRACTICE!! We will NEVER do business with any company that is affiliated in any way with LogMeIn.

I paid $299.99 to LogMeInResque via Kena Solutions to fix my computer. They got in my computer and messed around for a couple hours. They messed up a lot of things and I had to do system restore to get it working again. When I complained to them, they keep calling me from 423-381-0904 to refund my money. Today they called and got me to press Cltr/i so they could refund my money and got in my computer again. I kept telling the guy, Steven Parker, who spoke poor English to get out of my computer. He said he was not in it but I could see my mouse moving all over when I wasn't touching it. I finally powered down my computer. When I powered it up again, it asked for a password, whitch I never use. I did manage to do system restore to get it back though. Then the guy on the phone told me he could get into my computer any time he wanted to. Is he right?

I originally signed up for two independant products: 50 "pro" computers and one subscription to Central, their management portal. Out of the blue they changed their business model. Now you can only bundle 100 "pro" computers with their Central portal. They changed my subscription into this new bundle that I never wanted despite my never giving them permission to do it. Now they're saying that the new bundle subscription has auto-renewed and they're not letting me out of my contract. Their terms of service say specifically that my existing subscription would auto-renew but they simply replaced my subscription with something that costs considerably more when my contract came to term.

I have been trying for months to find out who is charging my account $129. every single month. I have used both Omni Tech and Cyber Defender and they both deny any knowledge of taking money out of my account. Today (and other days) I have spent the entire day making calls - going back and forth.

I guess I have to report all 3 companies to my bank. It is frustrating and scarey. Please help if there is anyone out there!
