whenever I login to check my emails, in the 'recent activity' page, there are multiple logins, not logged out
upon further investigation, all these logins point to IP address of that of logic web, in one day there can as many
as 10 logins from this IP address. in regards to this I contacted logic web, they have an online form to submit complaint, but I was never successful
as it asks the users to whitelist the website, even after whitelisting, I could not submit my complaint, since I had no other way to lodge my complaint, the only source was sales, I wrote an email to sales explaining the situlation, politely requesting for help in investigating why they are logging into my yahoo email, immediately sales guy repllied with arrogance and used fility words and disconnected me from his email, he did give two email addresses which were fake, one was
[email protected] and another fake email, yahoo mail returned my emails to these email addresses saying these are non existent, there is a number to call on their website, when I call that number, it says that number can not be reached, so this proves this is fradulent company. in the name of webhosting they are selling individuals email contents to other fradulent companies.
Please somebody help stop this company doing this malpractices
I asked them for technical support, because there was an issue with their server.
They said it was to do with Wordpress. I have been programming for 20 yrs, and it was an issue with the server.
So, I complained about the service and they suspended all my accounts, and would net issue me a refund, since the account was only a few days old. They also locked me out of my domains. Now I cannot even transfer them to another service.
The tech in the email was abusive, not helpful at all and blamed me for their shody service.
Here is what the tech said:
"Leave one bad review too and we will crush your reputation including your personal name."
