Beware of Loeffler Self-storage Group and Bobby Loeffler. It seems obvious that their so called HQ is a PO box in northern California. All other addresses are just temporary rent by month type office space or postal boxes from what I gathered. They make it seem like they have offices and a staff in California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas. Go ahead and ask if you can visit them. And as for trying to buy from them..horrible, no ethics and lazy! I see why they dont get many listings. But when they do they dont sell fast. The reason is they do not get back to potential buyers in a timely and professional manner. And God forbid you ask them questions. Sellers and Buyer beware! They are ripping off sellers in my opinion and are costing Buyers time and money for no reason.
