Where do i start!! First off the salesman Mark was rude, condescending and downright hateful. I called to find out about an order i placed with him 4 weeks ago and was left on hold for 25 minutes, i called back and he pretty much told me they dont have the time to waste with tracking a package to call back later. So i called back and got the runaround from a guy named Stew and was given back to Mark who pretty much told me to stop wasting his time and go buy my bearing somewhere else!!! Can u believe this!!! So i did some research on this company and the guy who owns it or runs it Norman David Stark has been in prison for ripping people off at a car dealership and it looks like he is at it again this time selling bearings
I ordered 6204-2RST and the bearing I received was a 6204-RS one is metric and 1 is standard, now I'm not suppose to be the official bearing people but when you see numbers and letters on a bearing that look like they were laser etched not stamped in the metal (DAH) something is wrong also took 9 days to arrive . Yes I also got the same song and dance about return the bearings with the packing slip and mark it Attn: STU and they have been dropped at LOCATE BALL BEARINGS postal locker over 30+ days ago and no credit and trying to speak to anyone there is almost impossible, so lucky for me I'm disputing the CC charge and I also have the insurance and proof from USPS so these THIEVES don't get the better of me.
I placed an order, it was shipped but was lost and did not show up. I contacted Locate Ball Bearings about the missing order and they immediately shipped a no cost replacement order via overnight UPS. The lost order was the shipper's mistake not Locate's but they immediately handled the problem. I'd order from them again.
I ordered a set of bearings last week. I told the sales person that I needed two 6001z bearings and i recived 6201zz bearings.
I called to see about returning them and they said they would refund my money + shipping. I asked Mark if I had to pay the shipping to return and he said yes. I told hime it was his error and they shpuld credit me the shipping cost. He was very rude and told me the was not going to happen. I asked him why would i tell him 6200z if I needed 6001z. he just became more belligerent.
The wrong parts were shipped to me. I wanted to return them but they would not provide a return shipment label. I contacted their customer service and Keith, the salesman who charged my credit card to no avail. I returned the parts at my expense. Stu the person in charge of accepting return will not return my calls. I contacted customer service to no avail and the sales person by phone and email. No response either. This has been documented since first receiving the parts in early November.
