They are making our enlisted pay an extra month in rent because of a difference in 4 days between his verbal orders and his written orders. My husband is a 16 year airforce veteran and applied for the VLU program,which the program help pays rent for a year ,prior looking at the Apartment located in north Versailles pa The Birmingham apartments. owned by lobos ,I told them that the VLU program will be paying rent and need the paperwork filled out ,they said no problem we have worked with them before ,and it's about time they did something for veterans,so the office of lobos said great it's ready to go ,on move in Day I asked for a new door lock because it looked like someone shot the lock off ,breanna said ok no problem ,we had no hot water for 3 days the bathroom door was gone and we had no heat , the next day the VLU called and said they didn't receive any paper work back from lobos ,so my husband called the office and the office said we don't work with the VLU , he was distraught,we started noticing the entryway door was being left open 24/7 which let homeless people and criminals sleep in the hall way ,we noticed the intercom system didn't work but when asked they said yes and it's on display in the Apartment,when husband called they said no the wiring is from 1958 , I got attacked on may 2 2017 my husband was pissed and called the reality office they said o well she can move your in a lease ,the owner of lobos called which was sobol he started yelling and screaming at me threatening me he wants us out the enemy was currant I yelled back bc I was upset the owner sobol screamed you better shut your women up he had his attorney on speaker phone while he is threatening us they made my wife sign a gag order under duress and threatened he she can't sleep or anything we never got a lock or bathroom door
My daughter applied for an apartment with Lobos Management because of location and the $99 deposit special with the requirement of having a credit score of 675 and a income three times the rent. When she went to turn in her application with her fee they said that the deposit was necesarry to complete the application. When she went for her keys they said there was an issue with her income and that she needed the remainder after signing her lease. Her credit is excellent and income is 3.5 times the rent.
