So i put a loan through a broker circadian funding, they shopped it to loanme.com, loanme approved me for 20,000 $2,000 closing cost, so i was getting around 18k, payment around $2,700 a month, that there friends is predatory lending, they sent me a link to connect to my bank so they can verify funds, keep in mind they already had all my bank statements required, then i get an email that says sorry we have no loan program for you, i am like what are you talking about you already gave me the monthly payment, but they said you will receive a reason why in the mail, and i said you have no reason.
you already approved me, told me my exact m/p and closing cost, i quilified credit wise, income wise, and dti wise, they were all out of reason to pull the loan out from right underneath me. stay away from this lender, they are bad news, look at there reviews. now i have to find another lender and go through the song and dance again because of this corruption that we have in predatory lending.
