My first loan with this deceptive company was less then a year from my second refi .Before I started the first loan I asked their loan broker ," What if interest rates go lower? His reply was ,"I PROMISE If rates should go lower in the future ,I WILL REDUE THE LOAN, at that time and CHARGE YOU NOTHING , I Promise .(LIE) . First Refi loan in Dec. 2019 with Loanleaders of America Inc. ,costs were : * $8,190.PMI , 2+ points $10,219 , Origination Fee $ 1,590. = $ 19,999. ( approx. ) Refi 'd the loan again in Sept.2020 with Loanleaders of America Inc. ,coats were : 2 1/2 points $12,325 , Origination Fee $ 1,590. Total $ 13,915 ( approx. ) Refi in Sept. 2020 was the one that it was suppose to cost me nothing ! LOL. Besides that ,at the time the interest rate was at an even lower rate then what they gave me. I did not know terms till day of signing. They also said they'd pay other charges which they didn't . RUN DON'T WALK AWAY from LOANLEADERS of AMERICA , Inc. , You'll save yourself Thousands , * RUN from these two faced , Lying Shysters !!!
I applied for my loan 4 months ago. They changed the amount and terms of the loan without notifying me first, and also had a lot of erroneous informatin on the disclosure, which they said several weeks ago they would correct, but they haven't yet. They are very slow to return phone calls and e-mails, if they reutrn them at all. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
