Excessive fees and charges were applied towards everything. Details and descriptions about the loan were not described properly paperwork was very confusing. The recovery fees were out of this world and I owe more than when the loan initially started and they won't explain why. You can never get a supervisor on the phone to discuss details. Nobody speaks English and are very hard to understand. A guy that I was dealing with was fired he told me one thing they told me another I only had two payments left and then I ended up only 1900 and nobody could say why.
