The owner Murillo Costa Sousa and his son Mark were given a contract to begin rehab on property in PA. The deposit was 12,000 for work to begin. Once they cashed the check literally nothing was done. More than 4 weeks past and they never even pulled a permit on the house. After complaining to mark about nothing being done and getting in a heated argument about his progress my house mysteriously burned to the ground. There was no proof that mark and his company did it but it was very suspicious. Since they never did any work i requested my 12,000 back and Mark and his Father continually tried to push me into a corner and not pay. Mark even demanded that i had to give him more work before he gave back my money. At one point Mark admitted that they used the money and couldn't give me back to me all at one time. He gave me check that bounced. Then he lied to me for about a week trying to make me believe that he and his accountant wired the money to my account. . I am now in the middle of a lawsuit with his company. Please be very carefully and do not listen to the good reviews online. Most of the people leaving positive rating either work or are related to the LMN Contruction company. Feel free to contact if you have any questions. These guys are crooks and will do anything to get you to write a check.
The Comapny name LMN General Construction we signed up a contract with them for $50,000 dollars and the company never finsihed the work instaed damaged and did illegal activities with pulling any permits thru township as requestged and failed to complete the work at a home site. Total fraud took alot of money and put us in a loss without any completeion of work and damaging alot more instead. The company name is LMN CONSTRUCTION PENNSAUKEN NJ MARK MURILLO Fraud/Scam.
This company is a scam never paid to there illegal non professional workers and they were to do over time without pay.
If this company is contacted contact the state immediately or local police. This company as numerious violations Scam.

Mark Costa from LMN Contractors took $33000.00 did not build my addition to code and did not complete the work. After he took my money he no showed 3 times to continue the job. This man is a con artist and a rip off. This man needs to be put in jail for fraud
