As many reviews will Echo mine, we also had a great sales experience here, BUT once the sale was over and the money paid, it all changed for the worse. Our new camper was poorly prepared and did not work well for our first outing. We had furnace issues and a leak in the canvas of the bed area, also some missing parts and a torn mattress. Now, trim pieces and wires are coming off on the inside. Let me remind you it has been three weeks of ownership. We purchased a Rockwood Roo. Upon calling the dealership back they said that it's not unusual to have a camper back in for service 3 or 4 times before it's right! After that my wife spoke with the owner and he was very rude to her explaining how none of this was their fault and we would have to bring it in. There were never any apologies or efforts to make things right, JUST ATTITUDE. We will not do business with them again and I will make a best effort to let others know about my experience across the many social networks that I am a part of. Its a shame that what once was a thriving family business, now has an owner that feels the right thing to do is to be very rude to its customers. All in all my wife and I feel ripped off.
