I purchased a copy ofLizTomey's "Blog Coaching Profits-Membership " for $97.00 USD from her ReadyTo Go program. I first received no access information and it took a week for support to respond. Then the information they gave me did not allow me to access the product. I have written numerous support tickets, sent email, facebook messages and facebook posts with no response. I know she has received the complaint because she removes the facebook posts. No response.
I'm very disappointed because I have had good experiences with Liz in terms of training and products I previously purchased but the lack of response is disappointing. If you sell products you have to support them and the lack of communication is a problem. She specifically states on the webpage or Support Portal: "We will reply to you within 24 business hours. Note that business hours are Monday-Thursday 10 am – 5pm Eastern time." The product was purchased on 10/31 and it is now 11/18 and I hear or get nothing. Sad because she seems to be one of the serious internet marketers and in her training talks about bad experiences she has had with other marketers. I hope she receives this and does the right thing because I think her products are excellent and am sorry I had to resort to this to get her attention.
