I had numerous issues with a delivery of two-piece sofa from this company and after months of delays and no-shows on their part they finally agrees to issue an RMA and refund my money. Only 1/2 the order was delivered so their trucking company came and picked up the one item that was delivered.

The other 1/2 of the order was not delivered. After returning the item they then refused to refund my money. I disputed with the credit card company (Barclay Card - Jet Blue MC) but the merchant lied and claims they never picked up the items (I have the pick up receipt from their trucking company - attached) so Barclay Card now won't get involved any further.

When I purchased the pillows I though I was getting pillows with comfort foam and cooling technology but when trying to use the pillow the first night there was no cooling and also like laying on a brick. This store said they would not take the pillow back because I had it over a week.

I used the pillow once but the delay was caused by the fact that an insulation contractor destroyed my bedroom breaking the first sprinkler system and destroying my bed and bedding in the process. This company considers the customer as someone to make money on and not wory about his feelings. Don't fall for their sales pitch becuse they are liars and do not deliver as promised.

I bought 2 beautiful recliners about 4 months ago....these were the motorized type where one pushes the button on the side to raise and lower to recline. They go in the middle of the room so we also bought the battery packs to charge so there wouldn't be a cord plugged into the wall across the room all of the time.

All the information and warranted paperwork that came with it and that was advertised and told to us claimed the battery last approx 300 cycles of up and down or approx 3 months by normal use. After charging it the overnight suggested and the charge lite being green which meant fully charged, 2 weeks later the battery on both recliners, even though my wife uses hers much more than I, were dead.

I figured perhaps a flook so I did the same thing again and 2 weeks, approx, later, dead again. I called and living spaces told me they would send out 2 new batteries in exchange which they did in good order.

The exact same thing happened again. I called and they said they would bring out 2 more batteries. I told them why will this be any different but they said this is their procedure.

The worst customer service I've experienced. I bought an $800 couch, which they refused to attempt to deliver. When I requested my options, they said to get in touch with the store. There is no store phone number. You have to call the main line, ask to be connected, and hope that they actually call instead of just putting you on mute for a few minutes. I called three times attempting to be transferred through, and each time the response was "we called, and no one picked up." I requested an email follow up, and they refused.

On the fourth attempt, I demanded a refund, and they hung up on me before the call was even complete.

A quick search on any social media site, Yelp, BBB, or even here backs up the fact that this was not an isolated incident--this is indicative of how their entire organization is run.

Shame on you, Living Spaces, for treating customers so terrible.

If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. They don't deserve your business. They'll rip you off any way they can.

Bought a Bayfront kid's bed with storage drawers at the bottom of the bed, after installation I noticed that the drawer box does not have any means to be secured to the bed, so I called living hell(spaces), No Reply!!! Tried again and was told to send pictures showing the problem, and I did. No one replied to my sent pictures, took 3 calls for them to actually schedule a technician to come to my house to see the bed in question. After careful inspection the Tech saw the problem and agreed that it was not right and submitted an emailed report with his findings promising that someone from living hell will contact me. NO one did!! I waited a couple of weeks and called to inquire. They said they were sorry for not getting back to me but they review the report and call me. They did NOT!! I waited again and called. After a painful conversation with a customer rep and a manager I found out that they all have a scripted answer for customers with complaints: send it back BUT there is a restocking fee that will apply. I tried to explain that I only had the item for 6 weeks most which was delays from there part, and on top of that I had paid for an extra protection plan($ 97.50) and they still wouldn't budge!!! The manager explanation was "the bed is not defective, that's the way it is supposed to be, and the tech that we sent to your house is a third party contractor so we don't agree with his report or what he said. Now if you want to send it back we will charge you a restocking fee or keep it, it's up to you" !!! I just sent an email to their corporate office with no hope of a reply but I'll update this review if I do hear from them.
