This is my review on the Livia "pain management device”. TLR: Livia is s***; save yourself money and a headache and don’t support this sketchiness I’m taking to this since they currently have stopped replying to emails, turned off commenting on their Facebook page, and turned off being able to send them PMs on FB. I’m furious and I don’t want anyone else wasting their money on them! I ordered this last year and received it (although I was never sent any email confirmation of when it shipped or the status of it). I used it for a couple of cycles and I was really sure if I wanted to keep it, it wasn’t really helping with my cramps, and you have to consistently charge it which means I couldn’t wear it for as long. Then after that it seemed to not charge properly. At first I thought it was me — the cable — but then realized it was the device just not holding a charge or turning on? I don’t still don’t know.
But this was not an inexpensive product - paid $135 Canadian, on sale. Contacted them via email and they said a refund is cool if I pay for shipping. But then I went to the post office and they said to ship tracked to Israel would be $70 plus it would take months. I relayed this back to Livia. No response. After 3 emails. So I took to contacting them on FB, because I had to do that when I first ordered to get a reply. They replied thinking I just placed an order. Then they said they’d be happy to help. Then...they conveniently turned off their Facebook Messenger. They turned off commenting on posts on their FB page. I don’t know if they specifically blocked me or everyone, but I’ve caught a few viewable comments complaining about similar services. What a scam. I am so furious and want to make sure no one else buys from them. I don’t know what else to do??
