Laptop crashed with error code called number on the screen. Had laptop fixed thru internet for a price. Next day Live Tech called about being bounced from Microsoft and I would get a refund. The transfer of funds was too much . Now they are harassing for the over which was paid. Different people are calling with Indian accent and using American names.
