This company is a rip off. They violated FTC regulations . If you purchase leads from this company you will be wasting your money and time. I used the system and had to discontinue it. My company did not want to be hit with a huge fine do to the lack of live contact leads not opting out the cousmer for future calls. This company has multiple phone numbers they use, so beware if they answer the phone in the Beginning , but when a promblem arises there now where to be found. I encourage the person reading this to also repost this post and inform counsmers to not use this company.
DO NOT USE this lead source. They over promise and under deliver. All of the leads were garbage, the leads are not close to being sell able at all. Elliot lied to us to get our money. They are in the the business of telling you what you want to hear and then taking your money.
They refuse to refund us even thought their leads are garbage. If they really stand behind their product then they would give refunds. The fact that they do not give out refunds should tell you they are hiding behind the fact that they do not do good business and know it. Stay as far away from these guys as possible.
The time has come to let everyone that purchases live transfer leads of any type to know that there is a company by the name "Live Contact Leads” out of Coral Springs, FL that is a total rip-off! We ordered 200 "Debt Management Leads” as a test @ $4.25 for a total of $850.00. We never ever pay for leads upfront! We have net 7, 30 & 60 with all lead companies we do business with. But for a small dollar amount of $850.00 for a test we agreed to prepay. To summarize our situation, we turned the campaign on and off 5 times over a 30 day period because every time we turned on the campaign we had nothing but complaints and people without credit card debt. Each time we contacted Elliot Glass he had data excuses. A few days later he claimed they had new fresh data. The same outcome garbage calls complaining about being called numerous times a day and "Not one person had credit card debt" We have the recordings of each and every call to verify our claim. We requested a refund for failure to perform and was told that they were sending back $550.00 of the $850.00 we paid for absolutely not one lead that was looking for help! I was told that a check was sent on December 6th 2017, as of today December 19, 2017, we have not received the check. Therefore, we are now demanding the full $850.00 paid to them for Breach of Contract. We are in the process of filing a BBB complaint, sending our complaint to the Florida AG Pam Bondi, State Attorney Dave Aronberg and to Michelle Grajales at the FTC. In my opinion it is companies like this that need to be closed down and banned from the ability to sell leads!
