I had numerous calls with a lady that said her name was Anita Hansen. I was looking for Facebook only leads which she advertised. I was assured they would not be leads from a dialer, or email spam campaign. She would not accept a credit card, Only ACH transfers (because they are crooks).
After filling out the contract to the exact days, times, and states to receive facebook live transfers, I sent her $1600 for 100 leads on Thursday August 11th, 2016. I was told that my campaign would begin on Monday August 15th. My times were to be 8:30am to 12:30pm, IL & DC were to be excluded, and I was to receive no more than 20 per day.
No calls came to me on Monday August 15th, 2016. I was told it would then begin on Tuesday August 16th, but again, they failed to send me any leads within my time frame (8:30am-12:30pm). Then, a bunch of calls come in outside my timeframe on 8-16-2016 and I was not at my desk because it was outside my call times. I was told I would not be charged for these, of which to date that has not been confirmed.
Wednesday August 17th & Thursday August 18th were both great days of Facebook leads which was the original promise. My only issue is that calls were coming in while I was on the phone, but the quality of the leads were very good in my opinion. This is where it all turned ugly
Friday August 19th I was not scheduled any leads. Monday August 22nd through August 30th I did not receive 1 lead, and Anita went completely silent on me ignoring any attempt to find out what was going on that can be documented.
Then, on August 30th, a bunch of calls started coming in outside my call times based off of a spamming email campaign. I have numerous voicemails that can prove that these people did not even have student loans.
As of October 12th, 2016, and I have only received 44 live transfers per my contract (of which half went to voicemail because multiple calls would come through while I was already on the phone). They constantly were sending me calls outside of my call times, I have not been getting calls at all, or the people call pissed off because they do not have any student loans.
I am still owed 56 leads and Anita Burns will not answer her cell phone number of or her 212-457-1002 Virtual Office number.
