The facility itself is beautiful and clean, it's actually one of the main reason I originally fell in love with this daycare. After I got over the sticker shock for the "pre-k program"... $80 registration fee, $250 books and supply fee, $480 per month for child care, and additional $50 a month for the karate they offer twice a week at their facility. The building has a movie theater, karate/dance studio, and indoor rec room. So, you could see why i originally fell in love. Until one faithful weekday I come to pick up my child and i'm stopped by the office manager and notified that my child was able to run out of the room twice and made it into the hall way. What made it even worse was that she told me it was a safety hazard because if my son would have made it to the office and no one was behind the desk to stop him he could have made it to the parking lot or even the street...uuhhhhhh hello do you hear yourself, your blaming my kid for your bad safety standards for exiting the building. Yes, you may have to be buzzed into the building but there is absolutely nothing to keep them from walking out if the teacher is not paying attention, and there is no one at the front desk. There are no latches on the door, no alarms, absolutely nothing. So, when it happened for a second time and not only was my child given another 3 day suspension, the director had no customer service skills with me. She has an attitude and does not want to work with you, or your child. You are just referred to the parent handbook. I pay too much money to constantly miss work and school because they want to suspend my child for "safety issues" every other week.
