Lithia Auto Sales Twin Falls Lithia Auto Sales Twin Falls Try to sell us a 2016 black Chevy Impala when it was actually between a 2011 and 2013 plus made us go through all the paperwork in a credit report before even showing us the car and then couldn't find the car or the keys and then when they did they swore up and down it was a 2016 when we knew it was between a 2011 and 2013 it didn't even have an LCD display on it on the dash it's there right now go over and take a look at it it's sad
Tried to pass off a 2011to 2013 Impala Chevy as a 2016 Chevy Impala plus they made us go through the whole credit report thing to buy when we didn't even get to even look or test drive the Impala they were trying to sell us even went through the whole financing thing and still couldn't find the keys so we drove over to the lot and they let us test drive the old beat-up one anyway passing it off as a 2016 there it's there right now go look at it just makes me sick how about that
Lithia Dodge of Medford, Oregon uses fraudulent tactics to get loans and the most money possible from there customers. They change contract prices to get the most money from there customers and under pays for trade in vehicles claiming kelly blue book which they do not. Kelly blue and NADA are in my case 10,000 dollars more than offered. We agreed on paying 23,599 for our new car. But when went to sign the contract they gave us less for our trade and increased the price of the car to 26,995 our monthly payment and interest rate. Telling us it was the only loan they could get for us. The only loan that would benefit them.
