Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Eugene Reviews
Two months in to my 3 year warranty, Lithia Dodge, Eugene, OR, will not honor the Warranty, says Washington Dodge Dealer mechanics & diagnostic computers and Auto Zone computers are Lying. I HAVE A FULL DIARY, NAMES, NUMBERS, RECEIPTS, AND DATES UPON REQUEST. Took my 2005 dodge neon, that I bought new at Lithia Dodge, Eugene, OR to Lithia Service for maintenance. $722.00 parts and labor for Timing Belt Kit, Plus I was charged an additional $1,775.00 to fix Lithia’s workmanship. Timing Belt Kit parts and installation came with 3 yr Warranty from Lithia. My car was making noises and vibrating from the time I picked it up.
Took it back to Lithia, Eugene, they said it was just dirt in the engine, driving would clear it up. Drove it to move out of state two weeks later, noise and vibration got intense, could no longer drive it. Llithia Service Dept advised, tow it to Washington Dodge Dealer, warranty would be good there. Washington Dodge Dealer diagnostic computer and four head mechanics and Auto Zone computer & mechanic, all said it was the Timing Belt installed wrong, and it broke many other parts, and could have damaged my engine. Matt Sidman, Lithia Serv Manager said all the mechanics and computers were lying, even though he did not see the my engine, and was 250 miles away.
Matt Sidman kept saying everyone was lying but him, and would not honor the Lithia 3 year Warranty, only 2 months into the Warranty. Matt Sidman demanded that the Washington Dodge Dealership send the Timing Belt back to Chrysler and say it was damaged and that Chrysler would have to pay for parts and labor not Lithia. The head mechanics at the Washington Dodge Dealerhip and their diagnostic computers said the Timing Belt was not damaged, it was just installed wrong by Lithia, Eugene. I ended up paying the bill. Still Rob Bennett, Lithia General Mgr, has not returned my calls. I am wondering how many times Matt Sidman of Lithia Dodge, Eugene, OR, returns parts and gets Chrysler to pay, to cover up bad workmanship at Lithia, like he told me to do???? Susan Musolino
