LISZMAO.COM is selling a knock-off of my jigsaw puzzle, using images lifted from my website hollycarden.com/store. The jigsaw puzzle is copyrighted. They are even using a photograph with ME in it. All of the product description has been copied from my website. They are advertising the product on Facebook, and there are many other websites like it. I bought a puzzle from a website just like it months ago and never received anything. That company's website has since been deleted and the email address no longer works. I don't know if these companies are actually manufacturing products or just taking payments only to disappear later.
Ordered two puzzles from this company at a higher price than I would normally pay as puzzles are hard to come by during Covid-19. Took over four weeks to arrive, apparently tracked from China, and received two identical puzzles, not the ones ordered, and of very poor quality in dented boxes. Their website is no longer active, so I emailed to ask for a refund and prepaid return label. Was asked to provide all sorts of "evidence" so they could check the mistake; have been told not to return without authorization (and not to the address on the label); been offered 15% discount if I keep the puzzles; then again $13 compensation since return shipping costs would exceed $20 and the company "does not pay return transportation costs" (even though it's their mistake)
The company also processed my payment on the date of the order instead of the shipping date, which means the charge posted to my credit card before I received the goods. The payee on the credit card is Yagood Technology Hong Kong and the address on the package label is YDH Int'l Inc, Valparaiso, IN 46385
They are refusing to refund or offer a return address for an incorrect product that took 3/4 weeks to arrive, their advertising lied about free shipping to which cost me an additional $7.99, and then when the product arrived it was not what i had ordered. Am i protected as a consumer to the right to a refund?! this company is illegally operating with how they advertise and scam people sending them incorrect products. If anyone can advise on how i should proceed it would be greatly appreciated.

That email address is who I have been contacting for a refund. They first denied me a refund, second offered me 15% off, then offered me 25% off. What rights do I have? Is the consumer protection act inclusive of products advertised and bought on a US online marketplace whether the product came from outside America or not? I would love any advice or process anyone else took to get a refund.
I thought I was ordering 'Macabre Mansion' legitimately, but the company sent a random kid's puzzle in a plastic bag from China instead. They used stolen artwork from the original artist's website. This is a scam company in China. Avoid at all costs.
