On June 3 2021 we emailed Estimate #15722 to Ms. Patterson who requested a Move-in Cleaning. Ms. Patterson approved our Basic Package for cleaning services to be provided at 1106 Village Dr in College Station Tx on June 25 2021. This Estimate clearly specifies services such as "DUSTING baseboards", wiping down countertops; drawers; sweeping, moping, vacuuming etc On the same date, Ms. Patterson is requesting to pay her invoice online at her convenience. Our Company Policy dictates that we take payments upon approval of Estimates to schedule services; however we do offer a 24 hrs Call Back upon services are rendered if services have not been completed according to the approved Estimate.-attached doc- On June 25 2021, Ms. Patterson unlocked the door at her College Station Tx address to proceed to render the cleaning services. She mentioned that she would be back in a couple of hours. Before Ms. Patterson left she took pictures of ceiling fans in the Garage and the washing/dryer machine which were not up to her "standards", nevertheless Garage Areas are usually not included in any type of regular cleaning services since this area is considered an extra costs; nevertheless she felt entitled to this alleged neglected detail left by the previous tenants.
Around noon, Ms. Patterson is back to START MOVING IN with some groceries and supplies to be stored in the fridge and kitchen cabinets respectively. It is worth mentioning that she is back in the house with her young daughter and also her mother Ms. Gloria Galvan, who is given tacit permission to also check our work. As a matter of fact, Ms. Galvan pointed out "hair on the tub" which upon closer inspection this "hair" was gone by the time we asked where exactly this issue was. Ms. Galvan also requested sweeping of the front porch.and Ms. Patterson requested "WIPE DOWN" of baseboards; even though these services were NOT included on her paid cleaning package. We decided to comply with these requests along with our Steam Cleaning AT NO EXTRA COST in all of her 4 carpeted bedrooms since Ms. Patterson mentioned interest to contract regular cleaning services for her daughter and other roommates. We also provided INSIDE/OUTSIDE window cleaning of the house and polishing of the wood floor areas AT NO EXTRA COST. Once we completed our cleaning services above and beyond the estimate to satisfy this customer, Ms. Patterson, her daughter and mother were still in the process to move-in belongings, we decided to finally take pictures of the completed cleaning before Ms. Patterson could bring in more stuff. At this point our cleaning services were rendered and we left.
To our great surprise, we received first a very rude voicemail from Ms. Galvan speaking on behalf of Ms. Patterson stating among other things that our services were "s***t" and not to contact them back since they both were going to "report the company to someone". About 30 minutes later, Ms. Patterson left a voicemail demanding her money back (even though our Company Policy clearly states that we DO NOT offer refunds) and she proceeded to threaten tio disparage our company in Facebook, Google and any other media. We texted back Ms. Patterson that if she really had any substantiated claim, she could've brought it to our attention when she and her mother were inspecting the completed job.Our work was completed above and beyond the approved Estimate and on the pictures taken before we left it was clear that anything pertaining to dirty countertops in the kitchen area was because she was already placing her water bottles/daughter's cup/belongings and we could not be held responsible once the customer is moving in with their stuff. Ms. Patterson threatened to stop the payment and disparage our company.

We communicated to her that if she pursues this, we will be forced to report this to our local Police Department as a Theft of Service; her response was to get ANOTHER cleaning service for free from us or else.
Based on the irremediable state of affairs at this point, we reminded Ms. Patterson that her mother speaking on her behalf has already voided any 24 hr Call Back policy by asserting that we do not try and contact them back along with threatening to commit Theft of Service and disparaging our company.
It is obvious that these 2 CON ARTISTS were not planning on paying for our services from the beginning. Be this a caution info for any Contractor/Provider of Services for these two people. We are very sure that we were not their first and we will not be their last attempt to scheme service companies.
A copy of this Report has also been sent to Ms. Patterson financial card issuer in order for them to take a closer look onto her bogus claims to get money back.
