I bought this item as salvage, it was listed as salvage, the description stated that some have missing screen, but what I received there is no single screen on all and out of 147 pieces of item I bought only 112 was sent to me and 35 missing. I filed a report for over two weeks with liquidation.com and my report was sitting there, there was no communication from them until today I just logged in to my account and noticed the case has been closed. I called them all they said is they denied it that it is a salvage. Meaning that they have no interest of their customers at heart, I have bought item within two weeks worth of $2700 I paid for all, I never complained, but receiving something that was not what I paid for, is what I cannot take. This liquidation.com they're not at all concerned on what their customer complains about. I need return this item and have full refund of my money.

The item i bought was listed as Salvage iPhone 7 Plus, Various iPhones & Samsung Lot, Salvage iPhone and Samsung lot with various motherboards and housings.

The units are missing parts including screens, LCDs, small parts, back doors, batteries etc. Most units do not have any screens/LCDs.

The units are past testers and floor models.

Most units power on. Not all units have been tested. Units have not been checked for account locks, apple ids, or password locks.

This lot is for Professional Repair Technicians, this lot is salvageable.

This is the description on the website, but the item i received no single screen on all, none even have screen or LCD, none is a full phone not to talk of powering on, as it says some powers on, but no single one has a complete system to talk of powering on. This liquidation.com they're ripoff, never cares about customer satisfaction. I bought item worth $2700 from them and I paid all, but this one i cant work away with it, out of 147 items i received only 112 and not salvage, because salvage item can be fixed to working again but what i received is a gabbage cannot be fixed by any engineer it is totally damaged. I want my money back from liquidation.com, I want to return this item.

I have had an account with liquidation.com for more than 10 years. In prior years my

experience was mostly good in that at least 70% of the items that I received in a

"returns" lot was sellable and I could usually at least make my money back. I filed a

dispute once and I won because the seller sold me junk that didn't work. At that time,

their return lots were always inspected and marked on the manifest with their condition.

Well it had been at least 2 or 3 years since I purchased anything from them but I was

looking for some school supplies so I went on there. I could tell that there were mostly

new sellers on the site and that a lot of them were now selling "Amazon returns". I then

won a lot of "returns" from seller Amazon_Liquidators out of Indiana.

The description said the items are returned and had not been tested for functionality.

That should have set off red flags for me because in the past, they would at least let

you know the condition of the items in the lot.

Well, after getting the box, I was dismayed to find half of the items were salvage crap

and that ALL of the high dollar value items that would have made me my money back were

among the items nonworking, damaged or broken. The rest of the items were fillers such

as phone cases, cables, holders etc.-- give away items not worth anything. After filing

a dispute, I received this email from them

"We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to award the dispute in your

favor for the following reason(s):

1) The auction was properly listed as returns. Return condition units are not guaranteed

to be functional as the majority have operational and cosmetic issues, they may show

signs of use and may not include all parts and accessories.

2) The auction description indicated these units were not tested for functionality."

WAIT!! WHAT!! SO BASICALLY YOU ARE ADMITTING THAT YOUR "RETURNS" ARE JUNK!

Liquidation.com is purposely allowing sellers to send them items to sell that they

haven't even looked at and call them "returns" just because someone sent it back to

Amazon!

That's B*#%$#@!! These crooks are knowingly buying items from Amazon that have been

tagged as salvage and sending it over to Liquidation as "returns" because Liquidation no

longer requires them to inspect their product. Liquidation has then made it easy for

them to avoid responsibility for their crap by having them disclaim them in their

descriptions. I told them to close my account after having it for 10 years!

Both Liquidation and the sellers are complicit in this scam. They have become greedy

whor***s in order to make money!! Obviously they only care about maintaining their

lifestyle that this scam site affords them and not about the consumers who are being

victimized by what has become a purely bait and switch tool. STAY AWAY

I'll keep this short and sweet. I bought 2 lots of consumer cell phone and accessories from an AMAZON RETURNS company on this site. WOW. I opened the box (the items were thrownin and the box was 30% larger that the contents - the seller probably did this to blame the shippeng company for any broken items). Of the 100 items I purchased 38 are used beyound recognition, 25 items were given to me to make up the 100 peice lot they are junk, don't work and only fillers to order. 20 items are BROKEN the remainder 20 or so are in store bought POLY BAGS and are not marked. So what do they fit? I submitted a claim on 8/8/17. They state a 10 day review then they will render JUDGEMENT. Of what I read on line, here and CONSUMER AFFAIRS, I know what to expect.

To future buyers, stay away from returns, they are not what you expect. They are USED AND ABUSED and if you buy from that AMAZON LIQUDATION SELLER - BE AWARE - THEY PEDDLE JUNK, BROKEN and ITEMS THAT DO NOT WORK.

I sold a auction using Liquidation.com in early January 2017. It was shipped to the buyer.

I also purchased a auction the same day, and those goods shipped to me.

The auction which I purchased was not in the same consition as listed and it was not the correct type of products. I bought home goods which were shelf pulls. These goods arrvied covered in mold, there was a awful smell to the packages, and most of the lot was books which are not home goods.

I opened a dispute and waited. Liquidation.com was sent many photos showing the damages and issues with the goods. They closed my dispute and stated they could not see any issues. I was shocked by this so I requested my account be closed as I would never use their website again.

However I was never paid for the lot which I mailed. I have emails from the company acknowedging that I sent a auction to a buyer, and even photos of the products which the buyer recived.

They will not answer my emails or calls. I have not been paid the $247.74 for the good I sold and Liquidation.com is keeping my products as well.

I have contacted a lawyer who is filing a civil court case, however first we need to prove not only did we contact Liquidation.com via email and phone calls - but we also reached out this way as well. Once we can show all contact was ignored we will move forward in a civil court case which theft charges.

Pllease note : I can prove all of the informtation I have stated above is true. I highly suggest you fix this otherwise I will bring all my contacts, emails, photos, etc to court and have it settled there.

Liquidation.com cannot take products and sell them and not pay the seller. It is against the law.

Liquidation seller onlinereturns should be avoided. This is a large volume seller on Liquidation.com that consistently lists what should be "SALVAGE" condition as "RETURNS". Products listed as returns may have open or no packaging, missing pieces or may not function. That is not what we are talking about here. This seller will lityerally sell you a single part or piece of an item in a lot marked returns. They are selling GARBAGE. If you use this seller, be prepared to file a dispute and fight an unpleasant battle that you may not win. They are absolutely theives and should be removed from Liquidation.com. If you have been robbed by this seller I suggest you file a report with the IC3.

I ordered an auction titled 96 tank top sets new ,when I received the shipment what I got were pieces of lace sewn together not 1 single t-shirt in the lot. I immediately contacted their customer service and was told to file a dispute and upload pictures which I did within 20 minutes of signing for the package.they told me they would investigate and resolve within 10 days. I got no communication and they also closed my account so i could not check the status so I filed a dispute with pay pal and on day 11 they send me an email stating they denied it because they did not get pictures wow so I escalated my claim with a paypal. but surely if you are doing investigation you need pictures to investigate so why would if you did not have pictures would you not request them prior to your investigation being over also if you did a proper investigation surely your inventory would show that you sent me a completely different items with a significantly lower value. so basically it will be up to pay pal or I lost my money and I see 1000 s of others before me already have

I should have read these reviews before purchasing from Liquidation.com. I purchased a 500 pc lot of clothing and received over 300 pcs of bad clothing and the items that were in good shape smelled moldy. I switched from being a consignment shop to purchasing all of my items. This was a REALLY bad start to that idea. I do have to mention one thing, I read these reviews and one lady from Little Dress Shop mentioned she used LiquidationGeneral.com for her clothing. I really appriciate the tip, I used them to purchase a 200pc lot and was very happy with my order. I'm happy to say that I have purchased over 3500pcs. since then and the store is doing really well. I guess getting ripped off ended up working out in the long run. LOL

Thank you, Little Dress Shop lady,
