I was contacted about a loan that I was approved for $5000 was the amount.
I have been working on getting my credit cleaned up and I thought that was a good thing.
I was sent an application that I filled out and sent back with all my personal information.
I was contacted later and asked for collertal so I sent them over $1400 which I should have know was a mistake but they said it would lower my payment and I would have the money.
Well money never came so I called and asked for a refund and said i would have it in 30 days. That never happened so I kept calling and went to the police and filed a report.
Now the number has been disconnected and I am out a lot of money.
Lipmann credit group pretty much finessed me out of 680 cash claiming that i needed to put it down as collateral for a loan i had just been approved for according to them. They sent me a contract via email and i printed it and read it carefully, i then signed my name and sent it back via fax. I then had to go to western union to send them the payment of 680 dollars that will be drawn as collateral. Once i sent it, i call back the next day and the woman in charge of my loan tells me the lender is requiring additional collateral and even reffered me to the contract itself which does state they have the right to request addtional collateral pending an assesment of my credit. They asked for 680 dollars more but then claimed that the company would be able to pay my collateral for me but i would have to wait litetally 2 weeks. I call back 2 weeks later just for her to tell me that the lender is requiring me to make the payment and that the lender is not allowing the credit group to pay the collateral. Finally today arrives where i finally had the rest of the collateral and the 888 office phone number was disconnected. I searched the number on google and there were numerous reports about this 800 number that all relate to my situation. I want compensation for everyone this company has stolen from .
