I ordered two shirts on Feb 11 2017, stated four business days - just received today 03/13 after several inquiries and even tried to cancel with pleas for me to have patience. One of the shirts states cotton, but clearly is spandex/nylon blend. The other is not Chiffon, all nylon...no return or sales slip provided. I could find better quality in Walmart.. Placed order for a total of $72 . Ordered 2 items online on Feburary 17th and have not received anything from them. Supposelly was paid through my PayPal account but can not find any trace of the transaction on my PayPal account. I am overwhelmed because can not get in touch with them and have no confirmation receipt.
I placed an order on February 2, 2017 totalling $188.93. After 10 days and no word I emailed them. I was told they are making my clothes and they were sending the items out. It has been 7 days since and I have no faith in this company. I tried to put a review online and it kept deleting my complaint. This company is a true fraud!

I sent a picture of the item to the company and they offered to reimburse me 20% of the 26.00 item. I would have to pay to return the item and then they would refund me.
I placed the order for a dress that stated it would ship in 2 -4 days. I have not received the order and when I went to the website it had a prompt to urge processing. I selected the mail prompt and all it stated is that the order would be shipped in 24 hours. It is well past 24 hours, and I demand a refund now.

I ordered a jumpsuit Navy Blue High Waist Half Sleeve Belted Jumpsuit in a size large. According to the size chart per US sizing the item was a size 12-14 which would give me more than enough room. I actually wear a size 10 soI bought it bigger just in case it ran small. When the item finally arrived I could not zip the item nor could I pull the item up my arms would not go past my wrist? Also I ordered the item on 12/17/16 I did not recieve it until 1/6/17. That is way longer than 6-10days as advertised on the site!

So I decided to return the items, that's when I realized that there was no invoice with no return information. I then went to the web to look for the return info or yet customer service. I got no number showing on the page no address at all.. so this is when I began to email. I have gotten a response requesting the same information. They are asking for a number with two SS..... I saw the advertised clothing items on Facebook and decided to look at the website. After registering on their site, I was sent coupons in my account profile but nothing via email. I tried to use the coupons to purchase over $100 in dresses but the site would not take it. I could not find a phone number on their site or anywhere online, so I filed a ticket via their site, which is the only guidance given. After one week, they responded saying that I was already getting the lowest price even though my coupon said I could use it on my very first purchase with no restrictions since all of their things are on sale. After two more weeks I received the items and could not believe what I received. None of the dresses had tags on them, all were cut differently than were shown online and two of them were not even the material as described or shown online. I tried to file another ticket to request a refund becuase I could not fit the items but I was unable to file it and no one is answering my questions. I created a new profile just to file a new ticket to get someone's attention on this and it has been two weeks since. So it has now been over four weeks since they took my money but have not responded and I am stuck with four things that I cannot even fit and were so cheaply made. This company needs to be sued by A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT and forced to return everyone's money that has requested refunds. It is not fair that they can get away with false advertising on this level!!!

I have requested for my funds to refund back ionto my credit card being that I did not receive the product due to it was unavailable. I told them I did not want a store credit I want my refund but they just keep referring that they are shipping the one they do have in stock. I just want my refund for the product that they do not have

First, the clothing is not good quality and does not look like what is advertised on the website. Typical bait and switch. I received the goods and they are very cheap material, not good to wear....and not worth the money spent. It states on their website that you may return within 30 days for a full refund, but it is a horrible and cumbersome process to return. I have contacted their "Support Center" for over a month of "back and forth" communication, still without a refund. Even within the 30 days, they will not refund the money in full. They stated that I can return the goods (I have to pay for shipping), and they would refund only 60% of the order. If I keep the goods, then they will refund 30% of the order. Since the cost to return the goods is costly to China....and I got tired of arguing, I decided to keep the clothes. Now I'm expecting my 30% return, but they are stating that in order to receive my refund, I have to close the dispute and ticket, which makes no sense. I have closed the first ticket through their website, as well as the ticket via Paypal. Still, they claim it's not closed and they are not refunding my money. I think that this company should be investigated for bait and switch and fraud. They are very unprofessional and unwilling to provide any type of customer service. The only "contact" is via email - no phone service or chat service offered.

They wanted to give me $9.00 for an item I paid $29.00 for. Totl ripoff company. I would recommend not to buy anything from this company. Also I filed a claim with Paypal. They sided with the company and I did not get a refund at all.
Dress looked completely different and really low quality on arrival. When I contacted them they asked me for name and order#, sent that, then they asked me for picture, sent that. Even though website says "30 day easy return" they did not offer a return label or a return, period. THeir response was "ok". They take 2-3 days to even respond.
