I clicked on an adorable dress on facebook that was reasonably priced. I got the dress over a month later and the dress was nothing like the one in the photo. The fabric was a different color and was very cheap. The size was very weird. The bottom of the dress was super tight and the bust area was so wide that it looked to be designed for a man. When I contacted them they asked for a photo. Then they suggested that I give the dress to someone as shipping was not practical and they offered me something in return - Not specified but I am assuming that they were going to give me some money off another purchase which is ridiculous, I would obviously never buy something from them again. They got the 'gist' of the dress but just don't understand sizes.

Then when I said that I wanted to return the dress and asked that they please send me the return address. They replied w/ the below response:

So basically I have to pay more money to return a horrible item to only get a portion of my money back. I have learned a very good lesson - I will never purchase anything from an add in Facebook and will encourage everyone I know not to as well.

I purchased a bathingsuit through LINKSHE and need to return it.. problem is.. unless you write down the order number.. it doesnt appear on ANY correspondence. So therefore, Im missing that VITAL NUMBER to return my item. SCAM. and I cant find anyway to contact them without the number. I have an Invoice number and a transaction number, but Alas, No ORDER NUMBER. Disgusted. Wont purchase through an out of country company again. In this case, China.

I ordered a High wait sleeveless Maxi dress on Jan 18 with the expeited shipping for 12.99, hoping that I would receive the item within 2-5 business days. So, I decided to check the processing status, which is still in payment received / processing stage but the funds were pulled out of my credit card. Now, its going on two weeks and I still havent received my item. When I went on the website I wanted to contact someone to see whats going on with my item, come to find out that there isn't a contact number; so you have to contact them by email. The first email it took 2 days for a response and they stated that were so sorry your item is hot sale products, which is short of stock, we are trying to prepare it , once we have it , we will send your items as soon as possible, hope you can understand. have a nice day.

Now, Im pissed and No, I don't understand!Then, I sent another email informing them that I'm getting the run around becasue if the item was short of stock, it should have been posted on the website. There response was "Due to the coming holiday from 27th Jan. to 2nd Feb., no shipping will be offered during this time and emails and tickets will not be replied either. Do you still want the order ?" Now, I'm pissed again becasue your saying due to a holiday no shipping is being sent out and you will not be responding to any replies and Yes, please cancel my order, I want a refund but I still haven't received a response becasue there holding out until the 27th. So, Im saying to myself What kind of company closes for 2weeks. Don't waste your time on Linkshe " It's a Scam!

I was happy to find this website, spent over $100 on clothes for my daughter and a bathing suit for myself. The clothes are crappy quality and do not fit right at all. Tried contacting them several times no way to call them. Tried to file a ticket like the website suggests but there is no way to do that. I just want my money back.

I ordered 2 womens swimsuits size L which is the size that I wear and should have fit according to their chart, Needless to say neither fit, I couldn't even get suit to reach my shoulders. Seemed to fit like a girls suit would, too small. The material is NOT of swimsuit quality either. Very very thin and cheaply made fabric. VERY POOR customer service also. You can only go thru a special email site for returns, exchanges, or problems and then they will respond back.

My response was for me to sell the suits in U.S. Because it would cost too much to return/exchange items. REALLY? I paid $55.01 for 2 suits which I would not sell to even a small girl. I don't see people buying these suits for the price either.

unable to return item

I ordered a swim suit that was nothing like the picture advertised on the site. I attempted to try and return item for a refund, however I was unable to generate a ticket due to them claiming my email was not valid. This was interesting to me as the company has no issue sending me emails to advertise their products. There is no way to get in touch with this company. Thankfully it was only a $30 mistake. Never ever deal with this company. It is a total scam.

Ordered 2 dresses online through FB link. For approx $80 total. Dresses arrived that were cotton that had different bust seams on each side, one had a hole in it and the only way they looked similar to the dresses in the photos were if the item were work inside out which obviously looked terrible. Dresses advertised as polyester/spandex although they were cotton. Item arrived through shipping through NJ however when I asked 5 separate times for the return address I was finally given an address in China and told I would only be provided with a refund when I provided a tracking number. Took item to PO and shipping ranged from $27-$56. They finally agreed to a 40% refund that they claimed to have refunded but it's never showed on my account. First time getting burned from ordering online and such a disappointment.

I ordered 3 items online. I ordered them on or about the 3rd of March. The last week of March I showed an updated email taht my items had shipped and had been sitting in Shanghai. I reached out to Linkshe and wanted another update on delivery, why had it been sitting when would it arrive? It had been 3 weeks. They stated it had been shipped and I just needed to wait. I advised them that my event in was in 3 days and I woudl like to return the items since it was obviously not going to be delivered before my event. They said I needed to wait for it to arrive then submit a ticket to request a refund and return shipping information. Upon arrival 3 days after my event, and over 30 days after I placed the order, I went online to submit a ticket. Their website said my password was incorrect, I reset it. Then entered the system and it would not let me submit a ticket, the system let me clock on the words return/ecxchange, then there were no further buttons to push to find out what to do next. No continue, no next, no updated information to tell you next steps. I did this twice, logging out and logging in, both times needing to reset my password as it didnt recognize it, although I had just reset it. Same situation each time, no next steps etc.. Then I emailed them, it took them 24 hours to email me back with a reply that read "Why do you want to refturn" not signed no additional commentary. I advised them on why and have been waiiting more than a week for further instruction? Nothing. I have gone only again and the same thing occurs each time. It does not recognize me, I reset the password and then it stops at Returns and Exchanges.

The total was $97.30. I just want my money back. They can have their items, I just need to know where to send them. This is fraud. I am concerned for the thousands of people that order from them since they are on facebook. I reviewed recently many of the posts and it seems this is rampant.

This is a fraudulent account selling fake goods via the internet from china. They advertise via Facebook which is where I found them. The photos of items online do not belong to them, they have stolen photos and are producing cheap, nasty, fake copies. Taking people's money and then refusing a refund when you are not happy!! Even though their website claims 'free easy returns'!! What rubbish.. they told me sending it back would take too long and be expensive for me so I should accept a 35% refund. What an insult. They also have a fake DHL tracking website. As the delivery camefrom Royal Mail!! What can I do? I just want my money back.

This company turns out to be out of China even though they have a Maryland address.

They do NOT return your money.

Their clothing pics look great on line. When you get them the material is poor and the workmanship looks like young kids learning how to sew did it.

When you return the items you pay for the return. That's okay. Then they don't give the money. First they say, you can keep all if we return half, or you can keep half if we return a quarter of what you bought.

Then when you pay to ship the unwanted items back, they do NOT give you your money back.

They are a SCAM. A huge scam.

Their site is awful to deal with and they have no intention of dealing with you in a professional manner or giving money back even for items returned.

Pass the word on, Link She is a rip off big time!!!!!!!!!!!

Processed payment before I had a chance to approve it and refused to respond to my request to cancel the order which I did half an hour after ordering. They never sent any confirmation of my order. I had nothing from that company saying thank you for your order with an order number or description of the payment shipping costs none of these things were revealed to me the minute I indicated I was paying with PayPal the screen disappeared and I received a message that my order was completed I had been trying to find out what the shipping cost would be and was unsuccessful so I was not going to order till I had that information but I was never given a chance and because I had no invoice or receipt from the company I had no order number when I tried to login with the company with the password I had set up it said I had no account there and it kept referring me to their sister company for every season which I gather is part of their operation so I finally got an account set up online and sent A total of four requests to cancel the order I did not hear back and when I did they kept asking for the order number that I did not have so I finally quoted all the information from penpal and they still have not responded but I have received information that the order has shipped and according to their policy they do not offer full refunds I believe this is criminal to have not even let me OK the final order which I wouldn’t have done without knowing what the shipping cost will be they are a complete rip off and I have googled the name of the company and seen hundreds of complaints about them for cheap quality for not refunding money etc.

I purchased closed online from LinkShe. When they arrived, they were damp and smelled of chemicals. They refused a refund. My credit card company advised me to pay for the return shipping since LinkShe would not send me a return shipping label. It cost me $26.69 to ship it back. LinkShe sent the items back to me. My credit card company cannot help me with the shipping charges only the dispute which they gave me a conditional credit for $150.00. LinkShe will not refund the shipping fee.

I ordered some clothing via linkshe.com in the amt of $61.38. Since the company is based in China, it took over 1 month to arrive. The day it arrived, I tried them on and it was very poorly made and did not fit right. I contacted company to arrange return. I then put in a dispute through Paypal. After escalating through Paypal, the company contacted me to provide return address BUT told me they would not refund me until I canceled dispute from paypal.

STUPIDLY I did cancel the dispute and never heard back. I now have initiated another dispute through Paypal and my bank....PAYPAL SHOULD NOT HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. Of note....the return address was...8714 34th Ave., College Park, MD 20740. TOTAL SCAM....COMPANY KEPT OFFERING 50% REFUND, 75%..........HELL NO!

On August 28, 2017 my VISA was charged $31.22 via PAyPal for a blouse that I ordered from a site I saw advertised on

FAcebook. I have yet to receive the blouse. I was given a tracking number on Sept. 8 2017, but according to the USPS it has never left China. I can't find a phone number on their web site or any other way to get in touch with LinkShe.

When ordering from their website, I read there was a return warranty in case the dress I was ordering didn't fit. The site states can return within 30 days, just complete a ticket online. Well the product was definitely not like it was advertised. It did not fit at all! The dress was made out of a trashbag type of plastic. The sleeves wouldn't even go above my elbows. I went on their website the following day, trying to get the address to return the item, at my expense, and there is no address. There is no company address or phone number for customer service. After 2 days I filed a complaint with PayPal because its their merchant LinkShe. Paypal refused to issue a credit because the merchant provided a tracking number to show the item was sent. Conveniently the merchant did not advise PayPal of the Fedex Express tracking number of the item being returned. The paypal resolution center website does not allow you to specify anything other than their choices. Finally someone at www.LinkShe.com said, via email only, they will give me my refund back if I close my Better Business Bureau dispute. Look at all of the complaints against LinkShe. They take your money, via PayPal, immediately when you click submit....PayPal normally don't pay until the item ships! After fighting with Www.LinkShe.com since August 2017, I still have no refund for the dress they have and PayPal supports LinkShe.com who is actually a man in China.

I had originally ordered a bathing suit from Linkshe.com back a few months ago. On thier sight they promised a 30 day return policy if their chart size was wrong. Well, it was!! I tried to return it by talking on line since they do not have a number to call. They acted like they did not understand my words. I asked how to return the item. Their answer was "what more can I do for you", "what is it you need?" "I give you discount" "keep it". I gave up and decided to order the same bathing suit in a larger size. Well guess what? I got the same size bathing suit! $50 later I am frustrated I tried to contact them again. What a joke. No go for a refund. Ok, knowing they are a scam. There are two of us women who plan a joke on some friends and thought we would wear these suits with our white shades and floppy hates. (yes we are old) Well now since we have two of the suits in the same size that I was unable to return. We now have a third old woman, ME who needs the larger size. I contacted them again today for a discount for all the trouble and their sweet online operator hung up. LOL

I'm just an old woman wanting to make things right for the next person that gets ripped off by Linkshe! I hope this helps in getting them shut down. Bad news!

The photos show good, if not decent quality of materials used to create the clothing. What I received was so very sheer, I was afraid to try it on for fear it would rip, like thin toilet tissue. They didn't provide return/refund information, packing nor shipping documents. They knew the product was of low quality and once they have your money, they find ways to keep it. When i requested a refund, i got a message which told me of the expense to ship items back to China. Of course i didnt want to incur additional expenses, so I had to 'make a deal' to recoup some of my loss. I feel so violated and abused as an American consumer. I never expected sush low, cheap, poor quality clothing after spending a good money per item. Linkshe.com is connected to other clothing sites so be very careful. If you see the same items on other sites, they are coming from China, from Linkshe.. Don't Buy it! Don't send China your MONEY! It's a Ripoff!

Ordered product. Size so far off from what stated. Provided with an order number that must be used for return to to get a ticket number. Can't return without ticket number. Their form for return tells me my order number that they provided is invalid. Cannot get company to respond to me. Want a refund. No clue where to send it since product came from China. No invoice provided with package.

I ordered a top from Linkshe. It took 45 days for me to finally receive my item. I had no idea the top was coming from China, or I wouldn't have ordered. I tried the top on it was way too small and made very poorly. I contacted linkshe and they told me they were going to email me a return address along with a return merchandise form. I received nothing!!!

The merchandise I received from this store was sub-par to say the least. Poorly made and it had a rip in a seam. I emailed them to complain; they requested I take pictures and they would send a full refund without me having to return the item. Subsequently, they changed their response to they would give me 40% refund without returning or I could pay shipping and they would give full refund upon receipt of item. I went back and forth with them several times to no avail. I would not recommend this site for clothing; boils down to "you get what you pay for"..Lesson learned!!!

Based on internet photos and material and size descriptions order swimsuits and a top from Linkshe. Payed $125 through PayPal and weeks later finally received merchanize which is not at all as described.

Cheap material, ill fitting, terrible. Recourse on promised ability to return does not exist. Total ripoff.

HORRIBLE company to do business with! Never shipped my item. Gave me a fake tracking number over a month ago and will not refund my money! I placed a 2nd order and what I received is so off sized it is ridiculous! Over 10 inches different in the measurement advertised on their size chart and the actual item. My report concerns the China apparel market. There are several companies that advertise on the internet/facebook for fashionable women's apparel. The scam: you do not get what you see. The clothing pictured are well made, and have the appearence of quality material used. what you receive is poorly made copies.

I personally have ordered from two seperate compies and both companies from China have done a bait and switch. I ordered $200 from LinkShe, $300 from RoseWe. I received 4 jumpsuits that look like they are made of bed sheets, 3 xxxl dresses than are only long enough to be shirts. 1 shirt unraveling with long loose threads. 1 dress no hem sewn and cut unevenly, 1 pantsuit the top is just the cut-out unsewn! Very unhappy with both orders.

Reported to Pay Pal to get money refunded, received an offer of $80 refund. Pay Pal let time run out on complaint while they "investigated".

I was told to talk directly with LinkShe to get my money back. I know this will be a waste of time from reading reports from others with the same issues. Their sites show positive comments when checking their site for comments.

My question is why is America letting China rip off it's consumers? I will never deal with any overseas companies again. I probably won't internet order any apparel again.

America seriously need to stop this fraud on American consumers.

First, the clothing is not good quality and does not look like what is advertised on the website. Typical bait and switch. I received the goods and they are very cheap material, not good to wear....and not worth the money spent. It states on their website that you may return within 30 days for a full refund, but it is a horrible and cumbersome process to return. I have contacted their "Support Center" for over a month of "back and forth" communication, still without a refund. Even within the 30 days, they will not refund the money in full. They stated that I can return the goods (I have to pay for shipping), and they would refund only 60% of the order. If I keep the goods, then they will refund 30% of the order. Since the cost to return the goods is costly to China....and I got tired of arguing, I decided to keep the clothes. Now I'm expecting my 30% return, but they are stating that in order to receive my refund, I have to close the dispute and ticket, which makes no sense. I have closed the first ticket through their website, as well as the ticket via Paypal. Still, they claim it's not closed and they are not refunding my money. I think that this company should be investigated for bait and switch and fraud. They are very unprofessional and unwilling to provide any type of customer service. The only "contact" is via email - no phone service or chat service offered.

This company rips off clothing designs and photographs of models wearing the clothing, then rips off the consumer who buys them. What you order is not even close to what you get. They charge your credit card immediately, but it could take weeks or even months to receive your order. Even their own customer service says their clothing is cheap. I have that in writing. Do not buy from this company.

This dishonest company works in coopration with Paypal, LinkShe is a scam company that will not provide you a return label so you can get a tracking number which is part of their policy in making a return. I'm sure this company knows you cannot get a tracking number without a company label that has a code bar or provides a tracking number that can be used. Paypal supports this companies policy and upheld it in trying to take my money. I got my money back through my credit card company but I see that many others have been taken advantage of, and hope that others will write reports.

I ordered 99 dollars worth of clothes. Items cane today n they are not as described. Clothes are missized. THEY were not U.S. sizes as stated on their facebook ad. Clothing was stayed cotton n they are not they are nylon. Thise clothing is cheap material they look nothing like the pics they had posted. I contacted PayPal today n they put a hold on my payment. Classic rip-off company. They claim to have attempted to ship my product, but they haven't. I can't even get through because they give you a telephone number for customer service that no one ever answers. DO NOT order anything from this company. I wish I had researched them first, but because FACEBOOK allowed this ad to pop up, I was hoping they had investigated them as legit first. They need to be shut down.

My daughter ordered some clothing through there website and she said she paid for 2-5 day delivery and tracking number they provided is inaccurate and the customer phone number is invalid . It says to make a complaint you can submit a ticket and I have with no response. She ordered without my authorization and I made a dispute with PayPal and my bank. Do not order from these crooks.

Horrible quality & horrible customer service. They claim returns are easy, yet after several attempts to return ill fitting products, all they have done is practically beg me to keep the purchase & refer me to an inadequate sizing chart. They will NOT give me return instructions (an authorized approval code is needed) & the customer service phone number does not work.

I purchased one item on 3/7/17 and paid for expedited shipping, 2 weeks later my order was still saying processing?? They replied back to me saying it is in processing and that it takes 1 - 4 days to process. 1 to 4 days is not 2 weeks! I cancelled my order now I want a refund me my money. Including shipping. I am not interested in a store credit. I just want my refund back. It's been almost a month and they still have my money. Router was not used for a period of months. Went to reset Linksys Smart Wifi password and am sent in endless loop. Contacted Linksys and they want excessive amount of $ to reset a password to their smart wifi access account. Most companies will provide assistance with resetting passwords so you can use ALL their various services at no charge.

Tech did not seem to understand what the issue was, and just kept saying that there is a charge to support their devices out of warranty.

The company advertised on there web site they have a retunr policy but i have been fighting with this company to get a return address. they are not willing to follow there own policy.

I will be going to social media at this point since this appears to be much more than false advertisement. you suggest you have return policy it doesnt say you have to jump to hoops to return this poor quality material.

I want to work with someone at this point that i can get a return shipment authorization form. NO MORE GAMES THIS IS ridiculous.

Please consider the low price of the items. And sometimes customers have quite high expectation. We have been trying best to offer the best quality at this price. Hope you understand that.

I have had 14 emails with Linkshe. I have spent $200 and I contacted them immediately after I received them letting them know that the clothes don't fit and I checked the size chart and this is what they had for the solution to the problem "Dear customer,we feel sorry that you are not satisfied with our product.Our price of your order is very cheap,it is not so perfect like some expensive item, pls understanding ,but we will do better.If you can keep your order,we will refund you 10%-15% of your order to make up your loss.Because if you want to return or exchange your order,you need to pay for the shipping fee,the price of the shipping fee is a little expensive." So please don't shop on this Site.

I ordered items from LINKSHE.COM in October 2016 with the promise of 3-4 days to delivery. In November i had not recieved the items so i contacted them via email through their site and with much headache and discuss I still have not recieved the items only for them to ask me why did it take me so long to contact them, but after I sent them all of the email trackings i kept between us tney say they will only refund me 60% of my money,which I said to them I was not at fault but they were since they never shipped the items.

this company is not friendly to customers/consumers at all. They need to be shut down from the internet of selling

Ordered a cotton Dashiki Pantsuit size XL, but when received it was made from Lycra material and the size was not a true XL. It looked so cute online, but was very disappointed when I saw it.

I wanted to send it back for a refund, but there was no order slip or return slip enclosed. I then got online to get a contact number, but it's in Shanghai, China.
