Link Luv, LLC Reviews

  • Nov 23, 2015

Beware of this company! I suspect that they are no longer providing the services they promise, but still kept their website active in order to take as much payment as possible.

I signed up with them in October 2015, and initially thought the 2nd smallest premium plan (Small) would be sufficient for my needs. However, as soon as I logged in and set up the account, I realised that there was a limitation to usage which is not advertised on the site. (Photos of their sales page included)

Basically, there premise of the company is that other members of the site will share your website links on their social profiles. On the free plan, the system works where you have to share a number of other peoples links and earn credits. Those credits are then deducted each time your links are shared.

However, on premium plans, you basically subscribe to receive a certain amount of credits which replenish every month.

But there was no mention of any limitation on their website.

Soon as I realised my links wouldn't be shared unless I created numerous social media accounts and shared other peoples links first, I decided to upgrade to the next subscription level above the 'Small' plan. It's called the 'Basic' plan.

As has happened in the past with other subscrption based services, my thinking was that since I literally just signed up a few minutes prior, the fee they charge will be the difference between the cost of the two plans. This wasn't the case.

They charged me full price for the Basic plan. No problem I thought. I'd have more credits since I paid for two subscriptions.

NOT THE CASE EITHER!

The credits they allocated to my account was only for the more expensive plan. The 'Basic' plan gives you 4000 points. The 'Small' plan gives 2000 points. I only received 4000!

So I emailed support and explained the situation and asked them to either refund the payment for the 'Small' plan or allocate the points to my account. No response. Not even an automated acknowledgement.

I left it at that point as the link sharing had started and I thought I'll see how that goes.

One month later, when the 4000 points ran out and the monhly renewal date approached, I was expecting to see my points replenished.

NOPE!! Didn't happen! But guess what? They took the subscription payment anyway!

I contacted support again. Still no response after 11 days.

I don't think I'll be getting my money back. I think they have stopped providing the services they advertise. Don't believe the reviews you may come across online. They have an affilate scheme running so most of the reviews are biased.

I'm just putting this Rip Off Report out there so other aware of how LinkLuv just take your money but don't deliver!
