Our car was towed from our house which was s mistake and the owner Kathy Linhard could not have been any ruder to my husband and I .. Obviously I was very upset by what had happened as our hoa in our development called 911 stating that this vehicle was abandoned when clearly it was in front of our house and we have been working on getting it inspection ready so my daughter could have her first car. So I know they were just doing thier job but our car was literally towed less than 1 mile away and they charged us $234.00.. With fees as ridiculous as a $25.00 no key fee... Now obviously I was unaware the car was going to be towed so pardon Me for not leaving a key for them...
But Kathy Linhard the owner told me that my husband and I were pathetic.., well I'm sorry but that is no way for an owner to treat a paying customer ... Your prices are pathetic and a rip off.., we called police to see if they dictate pricing and they said no she told us the police were liers and these are the fees they charge... The police said no feed go to the county .., this woman was heartless and rude and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Linhards for any work... They just gouge people and are out to make a quick buck .,,, Kathy Linhard is the pathetic one... She needs to get some lessons in customer service ..
