I walked into the Lincoln Experience Center located at fashion island in newport beach thinking it would be a nice experience, instead there was no one to gree me. When I finally did reach someone they had no clue about the lincoln cars. I asked for the manger Rose Dancel and she was worse than the rest. She was not only rude but just walked away as I was talking to her. This certainly doesn't make me want to buy a Lincoln car. What a fraud for protraying it as an experience center. It was the Lincoln Bad Experience Center.
