I bought an epson ieee 802.11n usb wifi adapter from walmart.com for $84.38 and i guess wal-mart uses limited goods company to ship it out and return items as a 3rd party.
Since wal-mart online told me that was the right item i needed for my epson projecter i said ok, send it. Then when i got it, it could not read the wifi usb adapter that was sent, so i call epson and they told me that was the wrong one.
I needed to return the item but limited goods will not give me a phone number to call them or a return label to send it back and they are going to charge me a 20% restocking fee which is totally wrong, it's not my fault it's wal-mart's for telling me that was the right one i needed.
I have tried everything to return this $84.38 item for a full refund with no luck.
Limited Goods was a third party vendor for Walmart.com. They promise fast delivery, yet delivery has been nothing short of a nightmare. They sent the item to the wrong address. The item was returned to them, and they verified my correct address before re-sending the item. Again, it was sent to the wrong address, and the item was sent back to them. I reached out to them and they said they will re-send it to the updated address once they receive the item back. This debacle with shipping took over 1 month with back and forth shippping and not hearing from them until I reach out to inquire. The second time the item was returned to them, I heard nothing for 10 days, and decided to reach out. They responded stating the item was "undeliverable" and processed a refund minus 20%. For an expensive item, 20% was a substantial amount. They processed the refund even after promising to re-ship the item. Email is the only way to reach them, and you have to be proactive in your efforts since they will not keep you updated. No one ever answers the customer service number, and there is no option to leave a voicemail. 1 month for shipping that never made it is unacceptable, let alone process a refund and take 20% for a mistake that they did. Stay away from this scam shop.
