AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. If you enjoy terrible customer service, you may enjoy shopping here. I bought my wedding dress from Lillian Lottie 3 years ago and had a good experience. I have recommended this store to 3 other people and they had a great experience as well. I then referred my sister-in-law here and it has been a total nightmare.
She bought her dress in June and was guaranteed it would be available in the beginning of November, as we live out of town and needed to take the dress to a seamstress in our city. November came and went and no contact from Lillian Lottie. After numerous calls and emails, an employee, Flo, from Lillian Lottie said the store was closing because the owner was sick and all of the merchandise would be sent to another store in Phoenix.
We then contacted that store and they said they had no dresses from Lillian Lottie. I then called and spoke to Laura, Lillian Lottie owner, who completely denied this store was closing and that she just needed to contact the vendor for the dress to be shipped. Funny how the dress was already almost a month late and all she needed to do was contact the vendor?
Each time Laura promised to call me back, she didn't and I had to call 2-3 times to get ahold of her. Another week passes and I called back and she said she STILL needed to contact the vendor. Finally, I called and spoke to Flo, the store manager who was extremely rude over the phone and couldn't confirm when or if the dress had been shipped. We finally got the dress, 6 weeks past the guaranteed timeframe and was offered no apology or even concern for the inconvenience and terrible customer service.
Our last experience was with Flo who was even more rude in person. She wanted us to sign the consent that the dress was exactly how we ordered it, without even trying it on. Bottom line, this store ruins the bridal experience. I will warn every single bride I know to stay away.
