Same story here. Ordered 5 of them and never got them or a refund. First they blamed the holidays and then it was billing issues. Plus all contact with them was e-mail because they not dare answer their phone. Out $303.50.

Now, that i have read all of your complaints, i realized i experienced almost all of them. With the exception that i never received any product.
They kept telling me via emails) that my shipping address was incorrect.
Ok, the 1st time, i thought someone on their end must have entered the address incorrectly this happens, not a big deal. But then i remembered i had a link for my online invoice. I opened it to find my address was correct!
I replied back, numerous times, that the address on my invoice was correct. Each time they would respond back, there was a problem with my shipping address, please varify the correct address. Finally, i gave them my address and also provided them with my phone number, too. Still, i got another email requesting my varification of my address.
My last email i gave them 24 hours to comply with a tracking number along with my address and phone number to contact me. I also told them if they didn't respond with a tracking number,within 24 hours, i wanted a full refund, i heard nothing.
In my frustration, i called the bbb to see if the company was on the up n up. Yes, they are a legit company, however, they had no ratings on the company, as they would not reply back to the bbb, nor would they answer their phone calls from the bbb.
I then filed a complaint with the bbb, and then they advised me to file a complaint with my bank credit card department.
Long story short, and about 2 weeks later, i did receive a refund from lojo company california) in my checking account today,) march 10th, 2018).
Oh! they also sent me an email thursday 3-8-18) requesting i contact the bbb to let them know they refunded my money. Of course i didn't do that, i didn't have a refund in my account then!
If they want the bbb to know, let them comply and contact them themselves!
Maybe all of you should do what i did, maybe you can get your money back, too.

On 02-02-2018 I purchaced four (4) Platinum TV Box which included all up grades with four (4) remotes and would be ship exspress.
I called every day but I keep getting a recording now the number is shut off or they have blocked this callers number my credit card was charged $280.99
ordered four items for christmas. they never came.. They clained they would refund the amount to my credit card onJan 2nd . i have not recieved a refund
