I ordered on 1-10-18, received the box on 2-2-18. Initially it was to cost $77, reflected on the invoice I received. My CC was charged $85.50 (no big deal but should've only been $77). I wasn't happy with the box. I emailed customer svs & was directed to start a Refund ticket. I did so on 3-1-18 (Feb has 28 days, I received the box on Feb2 and filed for the refund on 3-1-18, a total of 28 days from receiving the bx to starting refund actions/tix). I received confirmation of the Refund tix on 3-2-18. I was to receive a 'MPA' # (I have no idea what this is). By 3-5-18, I emailed customer svs, only after attempting to call them & receiving a text to go to follow their customer svs link. The link opened up to a red warning message.I sent an email, only to get a response on the 6th telling me I'm beyond the 30 day time frame for returns. After searching for the charge to my CC, which shows I made payment to 'MISC APPAREL & ACCESSORY STORES', LIJO ENTERTAINMENT LLC in CA I started to smell a rat. I have since filed a dispute for charges with my CC co. The CC rep asked for the phone number for a 3 way ph call to try & solve the dispute. The ph number I've been using wasn't a working number according to my CC co. Now I'm waiting for a credit to my CC.
I ordered five boxes on November the 14th 2017 return them right away because I spent 8 hours trying to get it to work and never worked. I have been calling and have gotten ahold of them 3 times out of 25 all three times they said within 7 Days the money will be in my account $253. 70
It is now March 1st 2018 so I called my bank and they are going to file a claim and return my money

What I got was a stock $37 tv box with a few low level apps that were all outdated and worthless. I learned how to load what was supposed to be in the tv box that I paid for after hours of research. At best I got ripped off for $40. The worst part about this is that I also learned that all I needed to do to get free live tv, tv shows, movies, theater movies, sports and kids stuff was to download the KODI for Windows app on my laptop and install the streambuilds.com add-on to KODI at no cost at all.....SMH

After reading so many complaints about Lijo Entertainment LLC, it seems, they might NOT answer the phone call I placed to have someone reach out to be able to return some 3 Titanium TV Boxes @ $68 each... my mom got suckered for $212.50.
I had to google this info. The email was from [email protected], and the charge amount of $212.50 was from Lijo Entertainment LLC.
They will not connect with me or call me. I have tried for over a month to settle this but with no success. I just want my money back and they will never hear from me again and I don't want to wait any longer

On 12/28/2017 I ordered 1 box for $37.00. Their confirmation letter charged me for 2 boxes. I called them at once and cancelled the order. It was confirmed that the order was cancelled. As of this date 01/08/2018 I have received a charge of $152.50. I have no idea what this is for or why the charge. I am attempting to get it removed from my Visa. When i had not received the item after five days, i asked for shipping details in an email - i did not receive a reply. After about another 5 days i sent a further email, again no reply. Having received no replies, i again sent an email to them - this time informing them that i was filing a report with "Yscam" - this was on december 15th Today) - still have not heard from them. The company telephone number is automated and refers you to there web site so that "you can send an email about problems/delivery etc". No living person ever answers the telephone, its just an automatic referable/report system. I advise everyone to stay away from this Yscam!

After 10 days when I did not received any notification of shipment date, I emailed them. That begun a series of evasive email tactics designed to stall their taking action to ship item. After 2 weeks of their song and dance I canceled my order. They confirmed cancelation and said to allow 5 days for refund to be processed through PayPal. After7 days I emailed them to ask them where my refund was. More song and dance from them. Finally they said they were contacting PayPal to credit my account. It’s now over 30 days since they confirmed my cancelation. No credit and I’m now disputing PayPal payment which is another nightmare. Finally I advised PayPal if they resolve this matter and credit my American Express account within 7 days I will go directly to American with all the same documentation I sent to them 10 days ago to get my refund.
Bottom line, LiJo is nothing but a scam outfit profiting from customers purchases funneled through PayPal but not delivering the merchandise. Even if their customer’s Accounts get credited they’ve still had use of the money for 45-60 days thanks to PayPal’s system. It’s kind of like a pyramid scheme in a way. FYI: I ordered a Kodi loaded fire TV Box from another vendor. It was shipped to me within 10 days. Furthermore, I ordered a second Kodi a Loaded receiver from a different vendor who ships from China and the box will be delivered today - less than 2 weeks after I ordered it via FaceBook. Buyer beware, do not order anything from LiJo Entertainment!!!
