The business I bought into was based on many lies and misleadings.

I was told I would have full support of the Lightning Force Vending Line and that no experience was necessary that I would be trained and given all support to have a successful business. That there was a 90 day no questions asked guarentee on the locations so if they were not good locations and didn't sell well I could move the machines as many times as I wanted. So there was really no risk.

I would likely get all my money back within a year or more. I was told I'd have all their support to grow and expand and be part of a great business. At that time I was told I had to act fast as they were running a sale in which I could get more machines. I bought into the silver package and when there were delays I was worried so I bought more machines so I would be able to have some machines on hand as I expanded.

I bought into the company and was told that I was advised that a deposit would hold my location then upon time of shipment of all the goods the full cost involved in the purchase would be required. I was told that in order to ensure that I’m happy with the locations they are recommended to set up prior to shipment. This was done.

As part of the package business cards, machine instructions, support, 90-day guarentees, and excel software was to be provided. I also asked for samples of the chews. I was then told in order to gain my full shipment I would need to pay for my product and machines in full.

I enquired if this meant that the shipment was ready and I was told that it was. In good faith I completed e-transfers and wired the money . Once I paid for the package I was later told that the shipment was not ready that the warehouse ran out of boxes. I was then told that the shipment should be a week later than a week later etc. The shipment was eventually to be delivered.

At that time I looked through the boxes and I discovered there were no chews. I immediately contacted David Brass and Gary Mills. I did not get a response. I also contacted Maggy McGee who was apologetic about “missing” the chews. Prior to shipment I was told that Gary would himself ensure that I received 10,000 chews along with some of the other product being sold and future packaging to my order. There was no discussion of delays or lack of product when I spoke to him prior to my shipment.

I was then told that there were no chews available and that the factory was in the process of making a shipment. I found out that the chews were not sent to me from the factory and were sent to the warehouse. These chews did not fit into the machines as such they had to be repackaged. Based on the repackaging I was only to get 3,000 chews with another 3-5,000 chews two weeks later then the remainder of my chews thereafter.

I did receive the 3,000 chews. At the start of the process I was told that this company had operated for years and with no major issues. Not to be worried about chews as they would be available and shipped in a week of ordering.

Further when trying to work with the Locator provided I was verbally abused and later threatened. In order to move forward an agreement between David Brass and myself was made, to be the middle person to get the locations up and ready so I did not have to further work with Travis Brinson who threatened and verbally abused me.

This business represented by a guy named Dave is about selling energy chews with vending machines. Dave explained to me and my wife that they will send us 16 machines with the candies and they will help with placing the machines in good locations where customers will have easy access. They advertised that they have partnership with MADD (Mothers against drunk driving), and once the machines are placed, they will provide stickers of that organization.

Dave was always calling me and my wife to convince us about how successful the business is pretending they deal with walmart, sport centers locations, schools and other groceries stores. Everything included the shipping fees came to around 17000 CAD and we had to pay the full amount before the machines are shipped to our locations. When I went to the bank to pay the money, there was a 50 CAD bank fees and when i called Dave, he told me he would reimburse the fees once they received the full amount.

After they received the full amount, neither did Dave answer my phone calls, nor did he reply to my multiple e-mails. I finally got ahold of Maggy who was in charge of sending the machines and Jill Burkeen who was in charge of finding the locations. Dave and Maggy live in Canada somewhere in BC, the real location has never been revealed to me, Jill lives in US. Dave never got back to me till date. The machines were sent, the locations were nothing compared to what they promised.

No more walmart, no more any other grocery stores, no more any sport center, no more schools, no more partnership with MADD. Out of 16 locations, I still have 6 machines left sitting at my house since March 2021 and the other 10 are placed at locations that not even 5 peoples visit a day. Most of the owners of those locations told me it won't work which I always reported to Jill. None of those locations sold even 5 candies so far, a total fiasco.

Now, I beg anyone who can help me get my money back from those scammers to please reach out to me at 4037159836. It's all our saving for the last 5 years.
