I paid thru Groupon for a cut & Balayage for my shoulder length hair, upon arriving Nicole immediately stated that a Balayage would not be good for me and I would need to do an all over color first, (not sure why?) and then on the next visit I could do the Balayage?
When I again said I had already paid an amount for a Balayage she said I could just pay her for all over color and save my groupon for the next time? I agreed and after she applied the color and I waited when she rinsed me I could still see the gray roots, she immediately said she did not know what went wrong and that she could not correct this for me now as I would have to return the next day (this salon is 56 miles one way from my home, ouch!!!)
I did and she did fix the color, but this is where it gets wrong, I have to go to the lady's room and I left my phone at the station and did not think anything, UNTIL, two days later I go to refund my groupon and find that she has redeemed it the day I was there?????? I never gave her permission or my phone to do this, she totally ripped me off.
I started calling the salon on a Thursday and did not hear back from her until the following Tuesday at which time she acted surpurised and said she would check it out and get back with me, she then called me late that Tuesday and said she would like to trade it out for services, which I immediately declined, and then said she would send me a check but could not do that until Thursday as she had no stamps (REALLY), well then on that Friday I got a message left for me that she was going to refund it thru Groupon but could not do it until the next Tuesday????
I then checked on Groupon and I had to wait another 10 days for my refund, so like 3-4 weeks later I got my refund after she ripped me off and she should have never redeemed my groupon, Don't TRUST HER!
