I have been a client of this organization for many years, thoughtout the years I have seen many changes, non for the benefit of mental health. They constantly change doctors (some who do not speak proper english, nor can they be understood understood) they have case managers who are only employed there just to make a paycheck, they care less what the client is going through, or may need for mental health assistance. This organization keeps changing its name however they still provide lousey service. They change your doctor appointments without notifiying the client, all to just deny you a bus pass, medication etc., They do client reports at least 20 times a month, when they are aware that they have done nothing to improve your life. I mean really when I did an evualation on Friday, rest assured on Monday and you have done nothing, well lets say "nothing will or has changed"
I honestly feel that they are charging Medicare, Medicaid, Mercy Maricopa for services not provided to clients, and I really cannot take anymore. I have notified my insurance carrier to stop paying them and I will move on to a company that acts like they care. They provide low income housing for people on drugs, alcoholics, etc., so they can continue to purchase drugs with their money, when I am aware of the fact the government provides for housing needs to the clients who really need it. Not to enablers to keep getting their funding.
Yeah, so I have told the total truth regarding the nonsense at this organization, now they are betting on the fact that you are totally crazy for them to pull these antics, and not get reported. I have not finished I will be contacting all organizations that provide their "paycheck" to STOP ASAP....
