On 12/26/2016, I ordered LifeVantage for Canines directly from LifeVantage. When I had not received the product on 01/17/2017, I began to e-mail the company. The first reply did not happen until 01/22/2017, almost 5 days later.
In the first reply, Lifevantage asked me to confirm the order date and the address. I confirmed the same day. I waited to hear back, and the company failed to e-mail me again. So I e-mailed the company again on 01/26/2017, almost 4 days later, letting them know that it had been almost two weeks since my original e-mail and they had still had not given me a clear answer regarding the delivery. I asked for a refund because now my dog had gone without the product for almost a month and I decided to purchase another product due to the faulty reply time. On 01/27/2016, the company finally replied back, claiming they attempted to mail the product and it was returned. At no time was a delivery attempt made. In the past, the postal service has always placed the box in my mailbox. The post office also never placed anything in my box stating I needed to come to sign for anything. I also never refused a delivery, so I have no idea what you guys are talking about.
Lifevantage stated they would refund my money minus a $10 restocking fee and the shipping fee. At no time has this company disclosed restocking fees when ordering, and the amount they charge is absurd for a supplement that needs to be placed back in inventory. They also shouldn't be charging me the shipping fee because it was clearly never delivered.
I've read numerous complaints online about LifeVantages' business practices. They are not good. My vet also will no longer order directly from them again due to the company continually overcharging them for fees like shipping, so they make their clients order from them directly. Guess I should have heeded their warning. I just finished filing complaints with the FTC, your state attorney general, and the BBB.
