I paid 80.00 for two sets of pictures for my grandchildren at school with the online system Lifetouch has. When I complained they said they would retake the pictures in October but never did. So the next picture day only had one grandchild now to pay for and told them from this time till now that I was dissatisfied with their service.
I have bought pictures for my children and now my grandchildren and found only this one time the pictures were dark and unacceptable. Yet in all these years they would not take this one compaint and help. So now 2 years they keep sending me emails for each time the school will take pictures, so I send another note to ask for help on the other pictures. No respones.
Well just sent an email that for 2 years haven't ordered due to the time you wouldn't help with the dark pictures and they have the nerve to answer in this manner:
