Ordered two cases of Hello Water for $43.98, received 2 bottles via priority mail three weeks later. Total value, about $4 plus shipping. They don’t answer phones or email. Stay away. At best, they are incompetent.
I purchased this item for $67.99 on March 20. The vendor canceled and refunded my order on March 21 saying they were out of stock. I went back to their site the same day and the item was in stock and now listed for $256.99. This is unethical and shady business practices.
I have my receipt and screen shot to prove this vendor was not out of stock but wanted to inflate his profits and take advantage of price gouging during times of need. No one should be disaster profiteering during an emergency. My husband is immune compromised and this remedy was to help keep him keep safe during the COVID pandemic. Shameful.
