I bought a datbase of real estate agents in Florida to market to. I've been a mortgage broker in Florida for 18 years and know 100's of agents. From the list that they sold me I only found a few that I know are still in the business.
There were many companies and agents that went lout of business many years ago. I sent an email blast to the adresses they sent me and about 70% bounced. I tried to contact the compny but they never responded. The company has an impressive website but is a total ripoff!
You are better off buying lottery tickets than wasting you money with them.
