Bought one of there sub pumps it failed after only a few months . they expect u to ship it to them at your cost internonally before they will do anything. thing failed and caused thousands of dollars in damages and hours and hours of work getting water out of the basement and they want me to spend more of my time and money just for them to stand behind there product.
