On April 12th, 2016 a hail storm rocked San Antonio breaking 4 windows in 2 rooms in my house rental. I put in a work order immediately. After a few days of no contact I finally got ahold of someone who was able to send someone out. They sent a vendor who canceled because he was out of town (after having me wait from 8am-7pm without letting me know) and then the day after he canceled saying his friend needed his phone fixed. I have told them before that I have a traumatic brain injury after stepping on an IED in Afghanistan and can't really stop myself from cursing. The landlord knew that when I moved in and it was fine The worker called me at 7pm on the 18th and he was canceling on me again, after having m wait at my house all day losing my 3rd day of work in a row so they could come into my house. He then accused me of being hostile and knowing g that I was a veteran said he wouldn't send anyone to my house. I'm wheelchair bound and can't fix these problems myself. I rely on rental property management to fix things promptly and without undue stress. The worker then proceeded to call me 3 times in the pm of the 18th and he was cursing and yelling at my wife. Then started doing the same thing to me. They then said they had recordings of me being hostile and abusive yet I have only been polite and understanding as best I could have been in a situation that was out of my hands and out of control.
