I will never buy again from this builder my experience a Thornhill City Center has been a huge disappointment. This builder did not deliver what was promised. The building is built with very low quality material and systems. We experience ongoing failures and malfunctions. The builder cheats with the election of the board of directors. The board of directors at all Liberty development buildings are comprised of the builder’s son-in-law, relatives and staff members, during the first couple of years.
