I feel like an idiot. I fell for this auto warranty scam. When I tried to check the company out, I had a very difficult time getting any information. I was unable to cancel the policy through the company, and I was unable to cancel collection of the monthly payments through the company that collected the payments (via credit card). I eventually cancelled payments through my credit card. I then started receiving one phone call after another (12 calls in a row within a few minutes until I blocked them) from Ox Car Care (all 1 star reviews) and Liberty Automotive Protection (all 1 start reviews) from different numbers. This is an obvious scam. If it isn't a scam, the company (companies) would be on this website trying to take care of these complaints. Please don't waste your money like I did.
I paid for bumper to bumper insurance on my vehicle. I have questions about coverage but cant reach them. I get phone disconnected or no such number. I have two numbers for them 800-778-4422 and 877-688-8587 I cant find a web site or any other info using my computer. I found two employee names Finance Mgr David Evans and authorized representative G Adams Please help Thank you
This company keeps charging my account even though I have canceled this policy. This company runs a nationwide elaborate scam in which they sell auto extended warranties through various proxy phantom fly by night companies the latest being PL/HI-TEK L.V INC, Palmer Administrative Services, Liberty Auto protection. After you purchase the warranty if you want to contanct them to either cancel or make a claim all of their numbers are dead ends, you will not be able to contact anyone over the phone. A total SCAM and a shame they have been able to operate for all these years with impunity. Someone like the FBI needs to step in and put a stop to this.
My blower went down,it cost me 368.00 to get it fixed. they paid 59.00. they wre trying to send a used one that would take a week to get here and i was going to have to pay the shipping
i bought a protection plan warranety, that included 5 years, 100,000 miles. was supposed to be bumper to bumper.well my blower went down. iput my truck in the shop to get repaired.i am supposed to get a rental.didnt get a rental, they said you would be reimbursed afterwards.the total of the repairs cost 368.00. they paid 59.00 dollars ofit. i was only supposed to pay 100.00 deductable.they were trying to ship in a used part that i was going to have to pay the shipping on. it ch would have took a week
