Have you ever met someone that treats you rudely then accuses you of being rude to them while they are actually being rude to you? So heres the story. We're lost for words that a manager conducts himself this way. Sales staff were pleasant but this person ruined the entire experience. We only wish GOOGLE had - star rating as this would be -4 stars. We test drove an F3 this car had 12,500K's on it and the sales associate told us it had been in an accident that the rear bumper had been replaced. After test driving it we were curious and inquired with Vince asking how much the car is. Give us the real price we remarked as we were familiar with the unhaggle price.. "We don't care what unhaggle says its a new car" We said its used car it has 12,500k's on it and its been in an accident. " The car sells for $56,000 he says" We repeatedly asked several times how much are you selling that car for its a used car that had been in an accident" Vince kept telling us it's a new car. Finally after asking 3 times he says "YOU GET $2000 OFF" We said your wasting our time here and left. We than called back an thought maybe a 5 minute phone conversation would suffice. We had said the price your gave us was ignorant. Why would be buy a used demo with 12,500k on it that had been in an accident for $2000 off when LEXUS Canada has $3500 off buying a new car of the same model !!??" I AM NOT YOUR SALES PERSON HERE He said with an argumentative tone as he was annoyed for us questioning this ?!? As if to say your don't bug me about the price talk to your sale person' But ultimately would he not be the person to approve any deal or price? We know so. Our sales person had been parking the car we test drove so we thought seeing as we were standing by his office we could talk to him. Vince did a great job of making it personal accusing us of being rude calling him ignorant when that was not the case, interrupting us in mid stream while we were talking telling us we were interrupting him!!!? Really... Regardless of the circumstance no matter what you want to believe here, but we are telling it exactly how it unfolded. Vince is suppose to "NEW CAR MANAGER" he is suppose to be the professional here but instead took a customer that wanted to buy a car and turned everything into a personal argument. We told him we'd be sharing our experience online and his remark "GO AHEAD MY PLEASURE" We'd like to thank Lexus richmondhill for showing us the horror show of buying a new car and compliment Vince on his professionalism and customer care. Needless to say we won't be shopping at this dealership again with management in place like this. We will have this seen and circulated on 1500 blogs as we are sending this to a bot. We even tried to call the dealership before posting this and asked for a call from a GM but no one was there. And no one ever called back. We have better things to do than post - reviews here but we gave this every opportunity to right itself with trying to call. We are confident to say there must be some good skilled people there as our sales associate was a gentlemen. And its a wonder to our amazement that this person we spoke to Vince could be gainfully employed let alone in the position he is in. Don't be fooled by their + reviews here probably written by staff and friends. Here's a Yelp snapshot, seems the manager there must be training the staff well. If they do not appear just go onto YELP yourself and see. They even ignored those people as well. Stay clear of this dealership. We simple have no reason to post this other than to tell you this really took place and happened. In any normal circumstance REGARDLESS of the customer, a simple phone call Hello....sorry this happened why don't you drop in and lets have a coffee or lunch and lets see if there is anything I can do to help restore the lost confidence...... NOT the case here. They have NOT even responded to ANYONE that was not satisfied let alone completely--YELP FACEBOOK ETC and a phone call tells who your dealing with. JUST LOOK at their explanation here!??! Who replies like that?!?!? Totally arrogant totally pompous... Ah. don't you know we are perfect...95%...blah blah...and even if that were true which it is NOT we were there to spend 50K+. Look on YELP must be more "INDIGNANT RUDE BALLS" If the respondent took the time to even call without posting that would be the correct thing to do. After all is there not 3 sides to every story. Whats most laughable about this dealership? They have this donkey sign inside. "WE STRIVE FOR 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" There must be a typo it should read. " WE STRIVE FOR 100% SELF SATISFACTION"
