They said they would call the check places to let them know not to send the checks through our account. Also told us we would have 4 payments of 124.00. One of the check places sent a check through the account and it bounced cos Lexington took there money. When we called them to find out what was going on. The agent said they don't do that type of help.
I asked for name first name wasKrista, I athen asked for her I'd number she said you are making me feel uncomfortable an hung up. I called back asked for address the person hung up. Called again an spoke to Enliena asked for address she gave me. 102 NE 2nd ST Boca Eaton FL. 33432. I asked for refund they refused to give it back. I got my bank statement an the address is out of Cheyenne WY.

This company is very unprofessional and they just steal your money and make u think they are doing work but my creditors saic they haven't even heard from them no letters or nothing and every time u call they give some bogus story about the supervisor is unavailable. Dont trust this company because they don't even act legit.

All they do is send the payday loan companies bogus letters to postpone the collection process. IT DOESN'T WORK! You still have to pay back all of the loans, and now you owe THEM money! They claim they will find flaws in the contracts or violations of regulations, but they don't. Keep in mind that the loan companies are audited! If they made mistakes that could get contracts thrown out, they wouldn't be in business! When you first sign up, they tell you if they can't find faults that they will settle for pennies on the dollar because of their team of attorneys. I never once spoke with an attorney. NO settling was done. What next? I have to pay back all of the loans, and now I'm out twice as much money because they have completely ripped me off. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!! Just pay your loans or take the hit to your credit!!!! They do NOT accomplish anything.

Company that i owe calls continous from 8a to 9p daily from different numbers..im very upset that they want even contact me back.... i have took matters in own hand and cancel debit card and have ask for bank to disbupt charges although i have list a charge for 248.00 because it was over 62 days and bank criteria is 60....im hoping to get this settled and receive money back from bank....i do not have a contract with this company in writing or internet i woulda download and saved if i did.... do not fall for this company your wasting your money. They swear they are here to help but they are not. They are full of lies and deceit. I went in and did a complaint against them at my bank and am disputing the transaction. They will not get another dime of my money. As for the payday loan companies, I guess I will take the hit on my credit because I was stupid enough to do it so I deserve the credit hit. I cant afford to pay them back now that Lexington Doc LLC has screwed me over.

Has all kinds of phone numbers but will not answer any of them. Such as 888-391-4141, 561-353-5586, 855-464-8866, and 855-976-5230. I called all of these numbers associated with this during business hours and no one picks up or there is just a voice saying call during business hours. They gain enough info from you to get into department of education files to look up your student loan. They sent 2 text messages to my phone instead of calling me. But when I call no one answers.
