So I search my old friend Lex in Missoula and run across these reports. I can attest that i was his neighbor and he and his mother absolutely said they would pay for paving and then refused. And Lex boy said he was moving and lived there 10+ more years. I went over to his house after i found out and he wouldn't come to the door. He is a coward as well as liar. I am in RE in Missoula and i know another guy he screwed on a RE deal. A buddy of his found a land deal and he and Lex were to go in on it. Herndon runs to his dad and gets money and end runs the guy. He had no freinds on the police department, or anywhere for that matter.
Herndon inherited everything he owns. I knew his dad who was a great guy and built the double front business. Lex is to dumb to build anything on his own. He couldn't even run a pawn shop.
So this scumbag and 20 of us neighbors get together and decide we will pave our street, Tipperary Way Missoula MT. Everyone agrees including this POS and his Mother. Guess what, when it comes time to pay he says he is moving and therefore it is not his reponsibility. Then he says his mother didn't agree either. A complete lie.
Well Dip**** lives there another 8 years. Whenever he would pass someone he would look away. He inherited his dad's business so he doesn't understand what it is to be honest. The guy is spinless and when confronted he runs away.
