I placed an order with Levenger. Their website is Levenger.com . I used the company on their website called Affirm to do payments for my order. Everything went through fine. I then called Levenger and asked about shipping. No one could give me a straight answer. No one could give me the samd shipping date and time frame. I got mad and cancelled the order. Affirm kept telling me that Levenger had NOT cancelled the order.
I contacted Levenger about this atleast 5 times. I am lied to over and over again. Levenger says they cancelled the order, and Affirm says they have not. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Levenger. Levenger has never responded to the complaint. I wrote to CEO and Founder Steven A. Leveen and told him about the issues. Of Course Steven A . Leveen was not professional enough or decent enough to respond. He sent my letter to some other low level liar named Susan Keith.
I was also contacted by a Tony Payton.
I emailed Tony Payton, but like his boss Steven Leveen , he was too classless and unprofessional to respond. I was contacted by Susan Keith who I told I wanted the order. Susan Keith said she was sending me a Levenger gift card. Susan Keith is a liar. There was no gift card ever sent. I checked with the Post office. Susan Keith said it was sent priority mail. She has no tracking number. ALL US PRIORITY MAIL INCLUDES A TRACKING NUMBRER. Susan Keith says there is no tracking number. She is a liar.
If it had been sent USPS Priority there would be a tracking Number. Levenger and it's founder Steven A . Leveen, as well as it's employees clearly do not have a problem ripping people off, being unprofessional, and lying to people. This is a horrible company with dishonest employees and terrible, pathetic service. Avoid Levenger at all cost. Steven A. Leveen clearly could care less about his name, reputation, and how his company lies to people and provides pathetic service. Sad. Levenger is a mistake. Avoid this company.
