I think most people would agree, this is highly ridiculous, he compared it to me returning something to Home Depot or Walmart and said they would not pay for my gas to return an item, one thing Home Depot and Walmart is all within a couple of blocks from my house does not cost me $124 in gas to return something plus FedEx is way outside of my network of shopping areas, to have to take this back and return it the whole ordeal was ridiculous,
Jeff was rude and condescending, in his emails he refused to honor the Amazon a-to-z claim, Amazon finally had to pay it after months of chats with Customer Service and Emails because they were not taking phone calls at the time, the whole thing was a nightmare, my money was tied up the whole time, I did not have the money available to replace the motor so my son and I could simply go fishing, this consumed all my time in my days off, save your sanity and buy from someone who has better morals and Customer Service. Purchased a boat hose with mount and case. Product arrived and hose has no hardware to connect to boat’s internal water system. I explained all if this, sent pictures, asked if they could send the correct attachment only for this rude person behind the email signed jeff to continually tell me that i ordered the correct part. Well yes, i did i know, but they didnt ship it with correct attachments. He would not help after 8 back n forth emails and advised i have to pay a 20% restocking fee and shipping. So is this how this company make’s their revenue. Ship wring items and then automatically make 20% and get the product back to ship to next victim.
The jeff is a liar sends lots of nasty emails to customers if they give him a bad rating dosent listen to customers i will never purchase from the adult baby again and advise others to avoid jeff FRdE
This person sold me a racing watch it showed it running it came with no batteries - when I have a professional put batteries in to the product the product leacked - when the product was made it should have had a battery, in shipping this had been removed and damaged, my kid lost the race - then the bullied me and sent mean emails also he lied he is a professional seller and tried to guilt me in to changing my review with lies.. Bad Seller beware
